Well, it was time to check it out. It's not quite as big on the inside as I was expecting, but the place is PACKED with everything you would need for your food truck, cafe, coffee hut,.... Massive shelves stacked to-the-rafters with product greet you when you walk in. It's bright, clean and .... just have to start from one side to the other and soak it all in. Prices are fairly decent considering you don't need a "membership" to shop there. Everything is in bulk and easily categorized, marked and priced. My only caveat is they didn't have half of the meats I was looking for in stock. And WTF is up with the big run on pecan smoking pellets?? Who's using up all the pecan around here? There's plenty of mesquite, hickory, even apple.... but no pecan. Anyway, I was able to get a lot of really good buys and service is very friendly as you check out. I would definitely make a point of stopping in again every time we come to town.

Its great that they have every thing I need for my restaurant, however used prices are over priced, and staff is terribly rude aside from the younger gentlemen that works there. The father, daughter and I think the mother are all very rude and distant. If I had another choice, I would never step foot in here again.

I gotta say these guys have gone above and beyond to fix a customer service error. They aren't done…read moreyet..but their tech stayed into the night yesterday getting out tank in a new place after it rolled and at least some of the propane put in so we could shower. The tech had a great attitude and never complained. I am still owed a large refund and hope they fix that too and fill the tank up the rest of the way with propane. But they really tried hard...the driver even had an issue where his truck got stuck and he waited a few hours for a tow and he still on foot came back and hooked our tank up! It's important we give people credit when do something right!!! a suggestion would be to have customer call centers be based in the city we live in..seems like all calls are routed to Manila and the people have an issue understanding what I'm describing on the phone. I gave AmeriGas a "1" star only because there's no "0" star option…read more I let AmeriGas average out payments over 12 months (seemed like a good idea at the time) not knowing that they wouldn't notify us of price increases but rather put overages towards an additional "balance" that I owed. By the time I found out, I owed $1800 more, which made it difficult to change propane providers. But change I did, and the price per gallon was half of the price they charged us. Shame on AmeriGas - I have made it a mission in life to let everyone I know know about AmeriGas's shady practices. What they did is probably not illegal due to some fine print in their agreement but it is absolutely unethical.

Even if they say nice things, it's because management makes them say certain things. I get it. The reason I'm going out of my way to leave a message is because my checker today was Benjamin! I've never met him before, but with a completely straight face, he's cracking jokes. He didn't say anything inappropriate. He wasn't loud or boisterous. He's just calm and calculating. I left the store with a smile and a better attitude. Benjamin improved my day, and he didn't have to! Clean floors or bright bathrooms won't bring me into your store. Great prices will get me to shop, but hard working staff that can make me laugh WILL KEEP ME COMING BACK!
