I gave AmeriGas a "1" star only because there's no "0" star option…read more I let AmeriGas average out payments over 12 months (seemed like a good idea at the time) not knowing that they wouldn't notify us of price increases but rather put overages towards an additional "balance" that I owed. By the time I found out, I owed $1800 more, which made it difficult to change propane providers. But change I did, and the price per gallon was half of the price they charged us. Shame on AmeriGas - I have made it a mission in life to let everyone I know know about AmeriGas's shady practices. What they did is probably not illegal due to some fine print in their agreement but it is absolutely unethical.

They're a great alternative to Kroger & are my main go to for groceries outside of Costco & TJ's. Unfortunately, the bakery isn't there. The dough in the middle was 100% uncooked and stringing when we broke one open. Luckily our kiddo didn't eat any, but this has to be a health code violation. I wasn't using medicine shoppe, and I called in my order, spoke to the lady on the phone, and was told my order is in line to be filled. Bunch of bitter, sad, grumpy, liars. Just drive to Spokane, or anywhere but here.
