Even if they say nice things, it's because management makes them say certain things. I get it. The reason I'm going out of my way to leave a message is because my checker today was Benjamin! I've never met him before, but with a completely straight face, he's cracking jokes. He didn't say anything inappropriate. He wasn't loud or boisterous. He's just calm and calculating. I left the store with a smile and a better attitude. Benjamin improved my day, and he didn't have to! Clean floors or bright bathrooms won't bring me into your store. Great prices will get me to shop, but hard working staff that can make me laugh WILL KEEP ME COMING BACK!

I found this store to be more than adequate as far as cleanliness and stocking. Definitely one of the better ones I've been to lately, so much so that I pointed it out to an assistant manager at the exit. This is a full supercenter so in addition to clothing, toys and electronics (why do I always need a dang power cord for my phone?), the store has a vision center, tire and lube, and a full grocery. Walked all the way across the store with me to aggressively explain how the advertisement of the products work. As a customer I don't really care. If I see something that looks to be on sale and I want it, I'll buy it. When she walked me through the store she said that if she agreed that the advertisement was misleading she would honor the price. She also said multiple time that many people had thought this item was on sale today. Then when we got to the product she continued to aggressively explain how the advertisement of sale items works. Since she refused to honor the advertised price I grabbed cheaper items to exchange. When I got back up to the customer service counter she was very passive aggressive about the exchange. Whole experience put a sour taste in my mouth. I used to enjoy this Walmart as it's clean and organized and well stocked compared to the one closer to me, but after this experience I won't be returning.

I came to this Safeway just to pick-up sour cream that I had forgotten the other day while I was out. Also, noticed a new soda flavor that caught my eye. I rarely drink soda, but definitely wanted to try it--Dr. Pepper Stawberries and Cream. The store was clean, didn't seem to cluttered, and produce looked fresh. I also liked how the refrigerated section is sleek and that it's neatly stocked behind closed doors to help keep it cold versus some outdated stores that just have the open shelves. My quick video just gives a glimpse of what I mean. It definitely pays off to be a Safeway club member as the sour cream I needed, was on sale, woo-hoo. On top of weekly sales, they also have additional digital coupons online for extra savings.
