This is not the best Costco Food Court I've ever been to…read more First, they are very slow. I don't know what it is about this location, but it always takes them a while to get our food out. Second, it seems like there should be enough seating, but there never is. I know they're limited on space, but it's hard to get a place to sit. Last, the layout is weird. There's no "line" area, and nowhere to really wait for you food. So what ends up happening is just a lot of people milling around in each others' way. But the food is inexpensive, and a good for a quick lunch option.

The ladies at the deli are always so kind to me, and treat my little one year old baby girl like a celebrity each time they see her. Even workers who stock the shelves are ready for conversion and amazing service. The products here are sufficient in variety, you'll find organic options and sales throughout the store. I checked the sushi area three days in a row only for the sushi to look older, in the same tray order and the Best Buy date on the stickers to have changed to the following day. Sushi made same day does not have rice so soggy that it barely looks like rice the way your rolls do. Convinced you change the stickers out daily on the same old food.

The aisles seem more generously spaced here than in a lot of Fred Meyers and their specialty foods section seems larger. We stop here at least 1x every visit to Spokane!

The people at the service desk were nice to me, a lady and a man and they did say sorry too.

And the quality of their produce, and butcher sections is very nice. They also have a really considerable "natural" foods section. Which is more reasonably priced compared to other health food markets in the area. They have a considerable bakery section with plenty of in-house baked goods which are a treat. But the thing that has the most hype? Their deli counter. And it's pretty great. They have a wife variety of foods to choose from, including sushi, and it's all very reasonably priced. This has taken its place alongside Costco as one of our favorite "quick" lunches for the whole group. We stop I'm even if we aren't shopping. Love this place. Grocery stores are the worst, but this is the best of them.

Natural Grocers has lots of vitamins, natural health products, organic and natural foods and snacks. Some of my favorite Organic brands are represented here . . . prices vary but there are lots of really good prices for natural food brands! I came out with cereal, dark chocolate, rice cakes and a couple of my favorite brands of organic chips. Awesome! I will most certainly be back to Natural Grocers.

I could hear a lady employee saying some paranoid things about a person in the store (the individual didn't warrant such things from what I noticed), which was strange for employees to do around anyone. I'll give them another chance to rectify their behavior, but they treated that person in a concerning manner.
