I had just paid with cash. Since this wonderful state requires you to pay for bags, I had items loosely carried by hand with no proof of purchase. I responded, "this is a normal thing for customers to get a receipt ." then after 15 minutes the manager finally furnished a receipt. Ridiculous. But isn't that America now?
