Tire manager Scot did an outstanding job and they now have a happy customer again. I did step up in quality of tires, I hope, and look forward to getting the miles the warranty implies they should last. From now on they will do every rotation while making sure they are wearing correctly and are properly inflated. No excuses then. I'm still a bit pissed they tried telling me stories and evading my claim. But, they get people that try to take advantage of them and they are very wary when presented with a warranty claim.
