The store is a little poorly laid out, but I think that's a common feature of a lot of Walmart locations. The two things that really bring this location down for me are: the online order pickup, and the parking lot. The online order pickup is located in a odd part of the store, it's not at the customer service counter, and even for just one item you still have to go in and there's not really a clear space to stand or clear marking of where the area is. The second thing that brings this location down is the parking lot. The parking lot is absolutely a mess. It doesn't help that it's coming off of State highway 95, but it's difficult to get into, it's difficult to navigate once you're inside, and it's difficult to find a good place to park. I guess I lied, there are three things that bring this place down. The third thing is that it's far away from Coeur d'Alene and the freeway.

At 11 PM at night someone is knocking on my door to deliver groceries! And the guy acted like it was just a completely normal thing. When I got the things in the house he did his best to sell me on everything being fresh that everything had been in a cold storage for the day but everything felt warm so I don't know what happened to my groceries And I couldn't get any help from customer service or Walmart corporate. $200 and I had to throw my groceries out that were either meat or vegetables. This happens to me with them all the time but because I'm disabled I just hope that next time it will be a more positive experience but it almost never is. My house is set up such that the garage is along an alley in the back and at least 10 times they've left all of my groceries in the alley on top of my garbage cans where they sat in the sun all day because I didn't know they were out there. It even says on my directions to deliver to the front of the house. What kind of person puts fresh groceries on a trashcan? I have been a Walmart plus customer utilizing their delivery for many years now but I am canceling it today because of nonresponsiveness on their part. No one should be eating Walmart meat anyway.

I asked the Target employee a simple question while checking out. The man was volatile in his retort. The employee screamed at us in an attempt to humiliate us in front of others, and then aggressively threw a basket in our direction. It was an absolutely unacceptable and inappropriate experience. It was clear that the man had a mental health illness and had not been a safe individual to work within a shared environment. He was easily triggered. I reported this man to the manager, and it was handled immediately. As for the value of the products in the store, I would say it is mid-range, with high pricing.
