Carmela was very helpful and got me fitted with a pair of shoes that were supposed to do the trick. I tried said shoes for two weeks, coming back a couple of times to have a few little tweaks. Unfortunately the shoes hurt my legs and feet so badly that I knew I could no longer wear them. I went back in to see Carmela. What could be done? I'd spent a lot of money on shoes that I could not wear. Carmela made it right, and now I have shoes that are comfortable and I am happy to wear to work!!

I was never offered any guidance on how they should fit or what I would be using them for. I was just handed a box and told to try them on. I laced them up myself and at the time they felt fine with very thin socks and my feet not being warmed up. As I wore them my small toes began to rub on the outside badly...I'm in pain as I write this review. When I said "so you are telling me that I spend about $500 and you just won't honor it at all? Even with a rain check or a substitution? Even though the ad is still on the website?" She said "that's right." I sent an email to the store manager but I think that's a really poor way to treat a long time customer. A rain check or substitution would have been fine - I get it - they ran out. But not saying anything at all and then just letting me leave thinking I've got a turkey until I get home is not okay.
