This Costco is either always screaming busy, or I have a knack of coming here at the wrong times. Parking is pretty much always full and it's pretty tight. Inside, they should have a bit more space for register lines as they all have to bend around at the first isle of products. Otherwise this is the usually Costco with all the normal products. Cashiers have also been nice work to get you through quickly. This location also has a gas station outside.

    Side view of coziness :)

I'm so excited to have my couch! It's as perfect as I'd hoped from the pictures. Just the right size and color! It's such a big decision, and as a teacher (I Love my work) I've learned to save and spend wisely, and I'm not in the least disappointed. Affordable and right in my price range. Also, and almost as equally important: amazing delivery and set up, was simple and done expertly. Also, excellent communication and friendly! I'm recommending to everyone! ...and probably for the next week, even acquaintances.. I'm that happy with it. Thank you Costco!!!

HUGE HUGE negative five star rating for this one. I came to go shopping after having a hiatus from the company for financial reasons. For my elderly father to come out with a horrible injury on his hand. As someone who works in retail, when it comes to workplace injury for a CUSTOMER? They did not show any concern, nor did they bring an upper lead to check on him they gave a small bandage meant for paper cuts and small abrasions to me without even looking or addressing my injured father UNTIL I pointed it out to them. They scrambled for a gauze and tape, but handed it to me, saying they're not medical which to me says something about their care towards their injured customers. There was absolute no concern towards what happened to my elderly father. Not a safe environment at all. No medical training.

    All the parts they found!

So...still amazed by this visit to Costco. I recently was there, took my things out to my car still needed to get gas. Paused and thought i better zip back in to use the bathroom before gas. Somewhere along the way my key fob popped open the entire guts fell out. Completely annoyed I went back, tracing my steps and looked for the guts. Sadly to no avail, I did leave my name and number at customer service on the off chance someone discovered them. Shortly after arriving home (I had a manual key on my ring which I practically forgot how to use, lol) Costco called and the had had found all the parts! Still stunned and so very grateful. THANK YOU COSTCO!

Food Court: Paper cups to plastic. Plastic straws to paper. EDIT: Back to paper cups. Still funny though so leaving this photo.

Insane foot traffic 1030 am Friday. Found everything I needed. Clean, navigable, helpful staff. Didn't see a food court, maybe I missed it!

I drove up to Spokane from Sacramento so I could visit some of my friends who moved up here. When I…read morearrived, I heard talk of a Fred Meyer and how it's nothing like what we had in California. So obviously I had to to go check it out and see why it was so noteworthy. My takeaways, It's pretty similar to the bigger Walmart's. Lots of sections for light bulbs, rugs, candles, toys, games, etc. The rest of the first floor is filled with a lot more food items than a Walmart, much like a real grocery store. But then the second floor is filled with tons of generic clothing. It's such a chaotic store, yet amazing to someone who is not from Washington. I was surprised to see tons of products I grew up on, yet haven't seen in over a decade were here. As well as a bunch of products that I've never even seen before. So obviously I bought a ton of stuff to try. The building as also super clean which is a huge plus of course. Now for the negatives. The second story full of clothing seems so out of place. All of the clothing is so generic, yet more expensive than a lot of other places around here I've noticed. To be fair, ever person from Washington I've talked to says they never go to the clothing section. But that makes me wonder whose buying their clothes then. All of the clothing looks like the generic clothes that NPC's wear in video games. The other drawback is that they seem to be super understaffed. Only 1 person at self check out, as well as a single checker/bagger were there. Of course they had a couple other staff members who were probably doing things such as inventory, stock, etc. But there definitely wasn't a lot of people for checking out. Overall, It's a cool place to visit and I'll enjoy it while I'm up here.

The cashier was downright rude. Diana got upset because I wanted to buy a carton of cigarettes…read more There were no cartons, I stated to give me however many packs make a carton. I had to repeat what I wanted. Suddenly I was holding up her line, and I was told that I needed to be more prepared when I go shopping. She started to get a nasty attitude with me. Since buying cigarettes requires identification, I presented a Military ID Card. She got mad because it wouldn't scan, it scans, just need a manager's override. I was informed that the Fred Meyer's does not accept any type of Military ID, as they are bogus forms of identification. When I produced my driver's license, she suggested that it too may be bogus. Discrimination towards those who serve. When she was done, I told her Merry Christmas, and to learn some tact. I got Merry F*ing Christmas and to shop somewhere else. If Active/Retired Military Cards are so bogus, please post that Fred Meyers promotes discrimination towards veterans and Military ID is not accepted. Excuse me for having to run an errand, excuse me for living near-by, excuse me for being a customer.
