If you live in a small town in the Pacific Northwest, you are probably well aware of the value of shopping at Bi-Mart. This Bi-Mart looks and feels like every other Bi-Mart. The parking lot is good-sized although if you aren't paying attention when you leave, you may end up driving into the adjacent trailer park. The selection here is always excellent. The shelves are always well-stocked and the prices are competitive, sometimes much better than Walmart. The staff members here are always helpful. You will almost never have to wait in line to check out. If you need something unusual you may be able to get it here. read more

It's the only Bi-Mart in the greater Spokane area, but it's in Cheney. I'm not 100 percent sure that it's worth the drive out to Cheney for whatever the item is, but if you are in Cheney to begin with, then it's worth the effort to stop and visit this store. Bi-Mart does have a $5 lifetime membership that is tied to your phone number, so you don't have to bring the little yellow card. read more

I purchased a membership a few years ago, when I lived near Deer Park. I recently went to the Cheney store. I could not find my card, so I was surprised when the associate told me they didn't require a membership for the Cheney store. It is only the second time I have been to a Bi-Mart. The main reason it that they are located in different areas that are not near where I do most of my shopping, as I try to hit more than one establishment when I leave my rural home; the price of gas and all. Amongst the items I purchased was two one pint types of beer from Elysian. My favorite, Space Dust and another one that was on sale; Dragonstooth. I purchased a large container of Italian Biscotti. I also purchased a couple dozen other items. When I got home, I decided to put a slight chill on a bottle of the IPA Space Dust. When looking for the alcohol content, I happened upon the best by date. It had expired a few weeks earlier. I paid full pop for three of these, but the Stout Dragonstooth that was inside the best by date was on sale; go figure. Anyway I decided to check my other purchases and found that the biscotti's freshness date had also long left the building. I have come to expect expired food from Grocery Outlet and no longer shop there, but I certainly did not expect it from Bi-Mart. They obviously know they are selling expired product. They could at least put it on a discount shelf and label the items accordingly. Not only will I never shop there again, but they can keep my membership money; I think they are going to need it. I now know why the allow anyone into their membership only store. Very disappointed. read more

Cheney Bi-Mart is a great place to shop. I often shop here even when I have other visits to larger chains like Ace, Safeway and Walmart. The people are friendly and helpful, the store is clean and well laid out. The selection isn't as great as the larger chains, but they often have new items you don't find at the other stores, and often have high demand items when others are sold out. Many of their items cost a few percentage higher than Walmart, but some of their regular prices are better and their sales items are good. Their grocery aisles are limited, but they have the staples and a good selection of snack foods. They often have ammo when the other sporting goods stores are out and a Cabela's employee recommended Bi-Mart during the ammo shortage. They have a very good selection of nutritional supplements. I noticed one complaint that they were "racist" and find that to be completely false as I go there often with my biracial grandson and black son-in-law and have noticed other POC shopping there and employed there. I saw a couple of complaints that they didn't "enforce" the mask mandate. I never saw an employee not masked while the mandate was In place and none of their employees is deputized to make arrests. read more

I have enjoyed Bi-Mart since I moved here 6 months ago. Such a variety of things! Also the pharmacist was great. Too bad it sold out to Walgreens! What has been bothering me recently is they are not enforcing masks requirements even though it says masks required on the door. With the Spokane hospitals filled with COVID patients you'd think they'd be more prudent! read more

There's nothing wrong with Bi Mart. Just in comparison to Walmart... and they're pricing... Bi Mart is more of a convenience thing since they are in Cheney and Walmart is about 25 minutes away. Their staff is super friendly. And their pharmacy is very fast. They remind me of a store from Napoloen Dynamite. Not that it's a bad thing. read more

Gotta love BiMart. Store is always clean and stocked and staff are always helpful and kind. Pretty much can find most of what i need here and prices are good. If you hate getting lost in big box stores toull like bimart. Good selection without being to boxy. read more

Oh Bi-Mart, such a silly store are you! You have all kinds of weird things. Clothes, shoes, electronics, even rifles? Muahaha. Anyway, it's employee-owned, and they have just about anything you'd need. Prices are good too. Hours are a little inconvenient for a college town though. Do be aware that they require a $5 membership per family, but it's good forever and they do have giveaways based on your membership number. read more

Great store my God the staff work their butts off in that place. The manager 'Nelson' is the master of retail. I love the Cheney Bi-Mart.

Bi-mart doesn't like bi-racial families. I (a white man) wasn't allowed to make my purchase, which did include one beer, because my daughter (a black girl) was with me. Other families were allowed to make their purchases with their children present, just not if the kids are a different color. Unless you're racist, don't shop at this store! read more

A great store with a little bit of everything Clothes, food, pharmacy, automotive, electronics, kitchenware, bedding, gardening, beer and wine, hardware, stationary. Nice to have in a small-town like Cheney. Saves you a trip to Spokane or Airway Heights. Staff is friendly and helpful. customers can be anyone from a college student to a farmer. Its a membership store. Meaning you need to join. It was $5 when I joined a few years ago. This is a lifetime membership. They will let you go in and look around to see if you would like to join. read more

My husband and daughter went in to pick up her prescription and see if we wanted to become members again. We belonged once years ago, but moved away from the area and was really looking forward to some great deals. We recently bought a house on acreage in the area to help better manage my disabilities and we love shopping locally. However, when my family went to check out the cashier accused him of being in a relationship with our daughter and would not sell him any alcoholic beverages in our cart. We know that you guys sell alcohol to people shopping with their children everyday. The problem was my husband and our daughter do not look alike and you guys made some very sick assumption. I am a one hundred percent disabled veteran, my spouse is a disabled veteran as well. Getting out of the house for both of us is already hard, but our daughter is our light and she makes everything in this world a bit easier. You will not have to worry about us doing business at your store ever again, nor any of its affiliates. It was instilled in our family as children of service members and volunteer members ourselves the importance of not judging a book by its cover. This world is already rough enough without our judgement. Maybe retraining is in order. read more

The Cheney store went out of their way to help me obtain a coat from another store that was not in stock in their store-I really wanted the coat! Robin, the department manager was so accommodating and helpful! I would highly recommend this store! It has great brands of clothing and a lot of other things that are unique and can't be found anywhere else. I also bought a brand name TV stand and it was more than $80 less-for the exact same thing- at a leading department store. Check out this store--you'll be glad you did!
