Don't agree with second class member status while higher level members get preferential treatment and shopping hours.

Can't grind your coffee beans here!! I was told by an employee to go to a grocery store and do it. How unfair.

They don't sell newborn diapers but they literally sell every other size. Doesn't make sense.

It is definitely hard to beat Costco's food court prices especially the quarter pound hotdogs with drink for $1.

This is an amazing store for a great cause! The staff is very friendly and helpful, the selection…read moreis excellent, and the prices are better than Goodwill!

Rediculious, Rude, Snooty, Condesending Old ladies, who work there. Sick of going in there. LOVE…read morethe items, HATE the staff -_-. Everytime i get to Front to check out there is some issue. They always "price check" things even tho they are clearly "Tagged". Insinuating i change labels? Which i find highly Offensive especially since i was buying a 160$ piece of Furniture. Pshh. Really? They think they can get more for items once ur interested and at front and try to "price check and say oh sticker looks weird spot" and give higher prices... Went in another time few days ago. SIGN CLEARLY STATES "SALE" ... "PURPLE 75%" OFF. .. It says Purple Right? Meaning any tag in store that is PURPLE. .. NOo apparently it doesnt. They dont have a Digital reader So you Cant keep track of what they are ringing up, and when they ring sale items up they arent communicating "like Every other store ive ever been at" if its a sale item they say aloud how much item was and what it goes down to before they ring it up. I had a whole cart full of things so she just wrang everything up i had no clue what she charged me... i get home to see 4 items overcharged 5.99$ when they clearly had PURPLE TAGs -_-. I was interested at 1.50$ ..nothing F ' in 6$ each for a pair of socks and small boot warmer thats worth about 1$ .. anyways. I wasnt told sale applied to certian tags, wasnt told any prices she charged me, i asked hey is sale tags coming off oh yeah!... Nothing was stated on thier Dumb sign that said "new items wernt included" so pulling some shit last minute at register is pretty Low i must say. They operate under misleading assumptions and overcharge people . So when i get home i see my reciept is over charged. I go back to get store credit... they sale oh "SALE PRICE ONLY APPLY TO USED TAGS" .. SAYS WHEREEE???? Nothing was specified on the Sign it said Purple. Period. And i should of been Refunded. Due to thier lack of clarity and confusion. Customer is always right..... they said oh thats "New" its from a Vendor. I said and?? Yeah i saw they were different tags but what about it? Its purple... The sign says Purple tags, doesnt say "not new" "doesnt apply to new items" ... so i said. I was under impression they were on sale i Did Not want to Pay that much for this crap.. they just basically said "oh sorry" we cant do ne thing. Its a vendor we cant return.. so i said same thing, How am i suppose to KNOW that?? Its not stated anywhere on any Signs,...u didnt tell me what u charged me i looked at reciept at home and noticed it was wrong so i came back to get it credited back. Your F in kidding me right? Your lieing, your being misleading, your being shady, not telling me what ur ringing up. Dishonest and disgusting.. They should of made it right. Oh its a shitty thrift they can do what they want apparently , because a box chain store id of been refunded like i deserve. Its their misleading error and lack of detail in signs. How is that my fault i was under the impression oh something and they ring me up without saying Hey, ya know these new items arent on sale, do you still want them?... they are greedy cranky old woman and i cant stand the dam staff and policies Dont buy clothes, u cant try on or return, dont buy eletronics they say "tested" "yes" sold as is no return??? Then i buy a scale and it doesnt work. Luckiky they let me return that, pshh, but why are they tryin to pawn off broken junk on people then sayin as is. If its trash throw the shit away... Very Offended and Lost a New potential Regular..goodluck scammin others.. im not fallin for it.

10/5 stars! Staff…read morewas great and easy to work with! Made the travel time we made well worth it. They had the style and size needed prepared after coordinating with the store earlier in the week and even offered to clean up my old 875's!! Can't go wrong with this type of quality and customer service.

I went here because my father who passed away 20 years ago loved red wing boots. I grew up poor and my dad rented a trailer for $400 in a construction yard when I was a kid. He was a plumber, but believed to in buying the best tools for the job. Every year, he would take me into a red wing store and buy himself a pair of boots for work. I think at that time they cost around $150 which was a lot of money to him. I moved into the area recently from a warmer climate spending my life mostly in sneakers and wanted to get a pair of boots for the winter. I found the salesperson who helped me (though friendly) to not be very unknowledgeable on the history and fit of the boots. Long story short I bought a pair that was slightly too small. I was never offered any guidance on how they should fit or what I would be using them for. I was just handed a box and told to try them on. I laced them up myself and at the time they felt fine with very thin socks and my feet not being warmed up. As I wore them my small toes began to rub on the outside badly...I'm in pain as I write this review. Red Wing does take returns but unfortunately I went out of town and when I finally decided to start wearing them went over the 30-day I bought my first pair of boots here and being around 300 bucks am very disappointed in the service I experienced. I feel like if my foot may have been measured and the salesperson helped me pick out the right pair for my type of foot this would have never happened. They are supposed to be the experts, that's why I walked into a red wing store rather than buying online. I've had better service at a foot locker buying a $70 pair of sneakers than when I spent $300 on a pair of boots. I'm baffled why this is the case. experts, that's why I walked into a red wing store rather than buying online.
