Not nearly enough disabled parking spaces! Rarely one open and have to park a long way from door. Costco could do better if they wanted to.

I have been with Costco from pretty much the very first day they opened for business in Spokane WA It use to be all the peeps that work there really wanted to help you and make your time in store AWESOME well times have changed or maybe the mind set of the Costco teams have But 1 out of 3 Costco employees really seem put out when asked about anything or they get in your way, answers to questions seem to me like I am pullin teeth I get it tons of people shop there, we just don't matter as individuals (our money does) and shouldn't be asking to much from the help. Now a days when I get an awesome Costco helper I let them know just how darn special they are. And please keep your Kirkland brand items in stock or give the order machine to someone that cares to, just sayin Take care all and be good to each other read more

Yesterday we drove one hour so to purchase dog food and to check out flooring and a generator which is on ad. On Yelp, it indicated opening in 8 minutes. Never did. Saw several vehicles arriving and leaving. A lady read on line Memorial Day is one of the holidays observed. Disappointed shoppers as all exited, Costco need to review on yelp. We ended shopping elsewhere! We are executive members. Sure didn't feel like it yesterday. Bad mood all day! read more

I did not like the new Costco when it first opened, but now that I am used to it I do like it very much. Very clean, not to hard to get help and have question answered. The new food court is more efficient and food is good. Yes I do like this new store. read more

The new store is big and roomy. A big roomy Costco store. Meh. This review is in reference to only their take and bake pizza. Without any doubt the very worst pizza crust I've ever had. Cardboard would have been better. After 2 bites we decided to scrape off the toppings to use on a sandwich later. The entire crust went in the garbage. The sauce, cheese, and pepperoni are very good tasting. I thought since they were only $9 we'd try one instead of getting a Papa Murphy's. Won't ever make that mistake again. read more

Aside from always spending too much money whenever I go, this Costco is great. I notice that my produce always stays fresher much longer than buying at Safeway. Compared to checkout lines at other Costco's, this is the best there is. I never have to wait more than a few minutes. Garden variety is on point. I can't say enough good things. read more

I generally love costco. However, I had a very bad experience with their customer service and their shipping. I wanted to leave a review on their website, but they state I cannot discuss this in the review -- and with little ability to give them feedback or have it addressed in a way they might be receptive or fix the issue, I have come to write about it on yelp, so that others can be informed. I had purchased thousands of dollars of furniture through costco. It was supposed to be delivered on date X. I never got a call, or any notification that it would not be delivered. I tried calling customer service, but the wait time was over 80 minutes every time. I eventually got an email, weeks later, saying that my delivery date never updated, and then a link to schedule the delivery. However, the link said I could not schedule online. I tried calling again, but again, still waiting over 80 minutes to talk to someone, so I did not stay on hold. They made errors on the type of shipment, number of items, etc -- way too many errors. Eventually, they tell me they will deliver it. The day that it was supposed to be delivered, after window of time they asked us to be home, they said they could not deliver. This was terrible service, and as I generally like Costco, unexpected. However, I have yet to be able to communicate with them about this problem. I spend thousands of dollars yearly at Costco. Now, I am limiting it to items that I won't need any customer service (food, single use things), because I can see I would never want to rely on their customer service for appliances or other costly items. They are still killing it with a lot stuff, but I won't spend money on big ticket items (furniture, TV, electronics, jewelry) from them. read more

Love Costco. Any and all of them. My favorite is on Hwy 2 north spokane. I just think the membership fee should be cut in half. Make it more affordable for lower income families to enjoy. read more

if you're shopping for toilet paper, you're good to go but avoid this pharmacy at all costs. Not only did the pharmacist demonstrate complete ignorance for immunizations guidelines, she also clearly showed lack of knowledge where HIPAA is concerned. Her histrionics, her loud voice, her inability to answer simple questions and her physical mannerisms, like throwing her hands in the air, backing away and shaking her head no, walking away, coming back, yelling, walking away again, hands and arms flying around. It was embarrassing enough for me, but I was very much embarrassed for her, her behavior, her words that made no sense (even when she was shown in writing) and her complete unprofessionalism which is on display for all to see AND HEAR. The manager, who was contacted in store immediately, was less concerned about getting to the actual answers of what happened or determining if the pharmacist was not understanding CDC guidelines and she needed some training. His response was "she told me xyz and I believe her". In the end, she called to tell me she was wrong and was misinterpreting the guidelines and she would be happy to accommodate. The problem with that is the Costco website is where one makes an appointment to get an immunization, there are drop down menus that all add up to determine if you are due for a specific immunization and allow you to make an appointment based on your answers. ALSO, I read the CDC guidelines before I went online to make an appointment and I had no difficulties in understanding and interpreting the written guidelines. So, no less than 20 people heard all about my medical conditions, I was pretty embarrassed and had to go somewhere else for my recommended immunization. read more

Tried to do an exchange for some patio lights. Was told by someone at the exchange center to go get the new lights and then come back and do the exchange. As I was walking back to get them I was followed by a different employee who told me I had to give my already purchased lights to her. I told her I was following the directions I was given from the exchange center. I went and got my new lights and headed back to the exchange center I was literally chased down by a manager named "Jarell" who very rudely accused me of trying to shoplift. I told him I was following the instructions given to me by the exchange center. I pointed out the woman who was helping me and she confirmed that yes, she was exchanging the lights for me. He continued to be extremely rude and condescending while I explained to him that I was simply following the directions I was given. He then stomped off without an apology, most likely to go racially profile someone else. Pretty piss-poor excuse for a manager or whatever he is. read more

I was shopping at Costco for the business I work for. An employee from Costco hounded me and yelled at me in front of 20+ other customers for grabbing boxes. I tried to talk to him about what was I doing and ask him what was wrong and he proceeded to yell at me that I was damaging product and I needed to go to the front to get boxes. We spend nearly $70,000 a year at Costco for our businesses. He was incredibly rude. My son was with me who is 13 and was shaking from the interaction. I no longer feel safe to shop at the north side Costco because this employee has serious anger issues. As he couldn't make eye contact and was throwing other product around and telling me he didn't care at all what I had to say. He was extremely rude to the point he made me cry. This happened about a month ago too with him having an issue with me grabbing boxes. I went and talked to a manager about it then and she assured me what I was doing was fine and to keep getting the boxes like I am that I need to do my shopping. This was so unprofessional. I talked to 3 managers today and I don't feel they are handling that employee accurately. I feel they should have had him apologize and instead he got talked to and after being talked to I saw him twice in the store and he just smirked as he passed by me. This employee is an awful person and doesn't show remorse for his poor behavior. I don't feel safe shopping at this Costco now. His name is Travis and he wears a shirt often that says grumpy on the back of it. He lives up to the name well! read more

We made an appointment to have our tires rotated. Tires we bought at Costco. We arrived a half hour before the appointment allowing them plenty of time to get the job done. We had a secondary appointment for an oil change down the road an hour and one half later. We told the clerk we had to be done on time. We had to wander the warehouse while we waited due to Covid. We are both disabled so this was not easy for us to do. An hour and one half later they had done nothing. We had to take our vehicle as it was. We were told to come back and wait again. We had an APPOINTMENT! There was only one car ahead of us and they did nothing. We will not recommend buying tires from Costco since they sell them to you and do not service them. read more

New store is a hassle. You can get in, but you can't get out. Parking is laid out horribly with only one access in and out of the complex. They don't have a photo department either! A bigger building with fewer services. Won't be driving an hour round trip farther to get photos. Gas station does not have buckets for washing your windows. Few reasons to go to costco anymore. read more

Wow! I have to say I love this new store. I've never been a fan of Costco and haven't been in one in probably 8 years. I hated the North Division store simply for its difficulty in getting parked, getting in and getting checked out. Those things are a breeze at the new store. Easy entrance, lots of room inside to maneuver and fast checkout. This is important to me because I never need more than a dozen items on a big day. Now running in there for one or two items is easy. I was also impressed with their selection of organic foods. And their meat is incredible! So tender and tasty, very high quality. read more

The new North Spokane Costco is bigger, better and much more beautiful than the old one. Roundabout makes it easier to navigate and I love the way it was designed and landscaped. It makes it even more enjoyable going to Costco. read more
