No public restrooms No fitting rooms No returns No exchanges

I have been a long time shopper at The Christian Thrift Store. Their prices were always fair, being you can't try on and you can't return. Recently New management came in and prices are several dollars more, and the selection has gone way down. I never thought I would say this but Goodwill actually has better prices and selection. Plus they have dressing rooms, exchange policy and if you're about to mess your pants they have bathrooms to use.

A fantastic job of merchandising items. Lots of beautiful furniture, decor, and seasonal items. Love supporting the cause!

This store has a very disappointing return policy that all shoppers should be aware of before they…read morebuy. Swank Boutique does not inform you about this little policy until AFTER you have purchased (it's printed on the bottom of the receipt): No cash returns, period. If you buy it and take it home and find out it doesn't actually work with the outfit you bought it for, you can ONLY return it for store credit (and that's only if you don't take the tags off and still have your receipt). If it's defective, they'll offer to fix it, but they still won't give you a refund. For a store where clothes average $100-$150, this policy is so lousy, I will never shop there again. If I shop at the Goodwill, and spend only $5, I expect this kind of a policy; when I hand over one hundred dollars, I expect to have the security that if what I paid for doesn't work out and is in 100% resellable condition, I can get my money back. Not only that, I would expect that an item I paid so much for should be replaced or refunded if it is defective. Additionally, if you have a problem, they will respond very rudely to you, including on their own Facebook page for all the world to see. This is the kind of business that's great if you never have a problem, but if you do, you'll never want to go back again because you will be treated horribly.
