Found the winter jacket I was looking for and a nice pair of warm yoga pants. Both were in nearly new condition and fairly priced.

The ladies are friendly and helpful. Have found some great quality pieces at great prices. Highly recommend you stop by and check it out.

I've heard great things about this consignment shop for years from family and friends and finally had the opportunity to experience it for myself. Love it! Great selection, and everything was so well organized and accessible. They seriously have the cutest stuff and such a variety, something for pretty much any occasion. I found some great sale items and a couple things from the "$5 rack". And the ladies are so friendly and helpful. I can't wait to go again! I have been going to the Reclothery for about 11 years and up until now never had any issues, I recently dropped off about 9 items and a pair of shoes, a week later I had still not received the email stating what they had kept and I called to ask to about it , i was told they kept 3 clothing items, I asked what about the shoes? the shoes in question were a brand new pair of slip on Sketchers , the ones seen in the commercials, brand new, worn once by my mother, for 20 min, in her home , while wearing socks, retails for $100, I was told they did not take them because they were filled with flaky dead skin...... LIARS!!!!! They were in perfect brand new condition, I asked for them back and were told they were already donated , BULLSHIT, they were stolen by a employee, I am appalled they would make up such a disgusting, insulting LIE. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere, this place is ran by trashy employees that steal your items, there is a new Buffalo Exchange opening in town that will now get my business, read more

This is such a great concept! Resell at a considerable discount, current clothing that has been lightly used. However, this is very much a niche business. They only carry a limited size range. They don't carry classic designs that work well over the years. They prefer current trendy items. They donate clothing that hasn't sold in perhaps 90 days, to very worthwhile organizations in the community. read more

This place has been in business a long time so must be doing something right; however, it is certainly not a happy place to shop. The person was direct, rude and obviously not happy to be there. Consigning clothes is also a painful process full of "if"s making it not worth my time. Let's donate to ACS Discovery Shop with their happy volunteers or someplace else. It's a consignment store in Spokane. What did I expect? I mean, the quality of the stuff they are selling is great and the prices are ok, selection was vast and all but I seem to have forgotten that I was in a city that sees fashion very differently than where I live now (Seattle) that being said, it was okay. Lots of great selection in this place. I've passed it a few times and read a sign, but never went in. I tried on a pair of Frye boots and instantly loved them. The ladies who work there are super nice and even told me about more clothing upstairs that was additionally 70% off. I would shop here again for sure. read more

Consigner beware. I wish I'd read the reviews and listened to my gut before trying to consign. I sold a few items, but it took me two 30-minute lunch break trips to try and hunt down the rest of my clothes. I finally left without a pair of jeans and two pieces of jewelry - couldn't find them. The store has a bad vibe in that it's extremely cramped - you'll be up against a stuffed rack while trying to swipe the dresses on the wall - and the staff were initially nice, but turned sour once I couldn't find my last three items. The employee acted like I was nuts - greedy, almost - for trying to get all my items back. This place is trash and I hate that it's in my neighborhood! read more

UPDATED REVIEW: 2/1/14 The past three visits to the Reclothery have been total duds. The clothes & prices are still a great value - but I've been really put off by the lack of friendly service. Today, I decided to vote with my dollars and leave the store, despite the 3 nice sweaters I found (left them behind). Two store clerks stood behind the counter - no one greeted customers...1 clerk surfed her smartphone the entire time us customers were shopping, the other stood their and looked out the window. As with these past three visits - service has really suffered - not very friendly any more, sizes were mixed together making it harder to shop (normally it has been pretty organized) - and the last two times when I made purchases I completed entire transactions without the clerk speaking to me. Not good service. I LOVE to support local businesses - which means I'm now going to explore some other consignment shops - great clothes and values get me in the door, but GREAT service keeps me loyal forever. The Reclothery is no longer my "go to" consignment shop. I hope the owner realizes she's got employees who aren't helping her. OLD POST: I hate paying top dollar for my work wardrobe - and I'm too busy to spend my weekends stalking stores and websites for deals. I've now shopped the Reclothery 3-4 times, once with my teenage daughter - the other times by myself. By the way my 15 year daughter was surprised she found a $200 cool leather back pack for $29, plus some summer tops she wears all the time. Stretched her dollars further than she imagined was possible - she now loves the place. I'm pleased with the prices - good values. They also take a sharp eye at quality so I don't have to do the eagle-eye inspection for stains/tears/missing buttons etc. Though not seattle-esque fashion trendy -(re: other poster's comments) they carry a great assortment of current classical cut clothes, - spokane-contemporary-esque. Which is fine because I live and work in Spokane, not Seattle. On-fashion but not overly fashion forward. They do offer some boutique brands, plus a good shoe collection, handbags and jewelry - its easy for me to find 7-10 outfits with accessories for under $250! A screamin' deal when I'm used to getting 1- 2 outfits at Nordstrom's for that price - same brands. The dressing rooms are very clean though a tad tight with all the clothes I' typically grab - staff is very helpful and friendly. Clothes are merchandised so you can find things easily. They seem to put some of their best stuff in the display window - so don't forget to look there, have found some treasures in the window. Cole Haan shoes, Dooney, Jones New Your, Talbots, Cold Water Creek, Chico - plus a ton of other designer names you may recognize but I don't. :) I'm just a career mom - not a fashion diva. Give me well made, nice looking, contemporary clothing at a good price - and I'm a fan. Which explains why I keep going back - always new stuff in. read more

To those looking to consign: I took in a few items and only sold three. Did a lot of work to receive 20 dollars due to their 60% take and discounts. When you finally pick up your items you get to go through the racks and find your own clothes. Racks are so jam packed full good luck finding anything.The staff which are some of the most rude women I have delt with in Spokane, were very unhelpful. I won't consign again here. read more

Please read the reviews and you will understand why Spokanites and those east of the Cascade Mountains have disdain for those snooty Seattlites ( not all of them.. just the elitist snooty ones! :) The Reclothery has been through various owners from death and retirement. The store is too small but the selection and quality are always very good. Get classic clothes gently or never used for great prices. Even an elitist Seattle dweller should love that if she had any sense. BRAVO! read more

A good friend introduced me to consignment shopping and I will have to say I am enjoying my new hobby. This shop does have a good selection cause it tends to be larger than any in town. I guess my lack luster rating is due to the employees. I have been in almost a dozen times now and not one time have they been friendly in any manner. Several times the woman behind the counter has been on the phone to a friend the whole time I was in there....even through my checking out process. They're quite snooty and tend to act superior. I have wanted to whisper to them a few times and say "You are selling used clothes...like Goodwill does, not Nordstroms". But not my style, so I'll just smile, take my newly purchased treasure and go have a latte! =) read more

Beware. A friend told me she thinks this place is ripping her off. She dropped off 50 items only to be told by the manager she'd sold nothing a short time later and yet she could find only 3 of her items in the store. I won't be using this shop to sell my clothes for me. read more

Horrible consignment store and terrible customer service!!!! I have never been treated so poorly. I will never consign here again as my items got stolen apparently from the store and the ladies that work there treated me like scum. I would expect at the very least that a consignment store that holds itself out as carrying quality clothing would treat the people who supply that clothing with common human decency and a shred of respect, instead they are disrespectful and inconsiderate. read more
