This is my first stop when shopping for used furniture to repurpose or refinish as well as household goods. They have a great selection at very reasonable prices. Their clothes are well curated and they have a decent amount of name brand women's items. Their children's clothing is a little bare and often well picked over though.

I will say, they had a great furniture selection and quite a few nice kitchen items, but I wasn't impressed with any other aspect. Customer service really was lacking, no associates talked to me at all (including the one ringing me up who looked unhappy to be there). They have a separate counter for "credit card transactions" and always have to call somewhere there so if you want a quicker checkout best to bring cash here. Also for a thrift shop, their prices are absolutely ridiculous for clothing. I found a few items, but many were so overpriced I almost walked out. They sell swimsuits $10-$20 (double what you can find at other thrift stores) and most shirts were over $5 even with the half off they offer, pants seem to be a little cheaper. Also not organized at all by size, so you have to do some digging. The good is the building is huge so they do have a decent selection of things, I just wish the prices weren't so high. They also offer 50% two tags (only on the hanging department) on Mondays and Saturdays. Wed, Thurs and Fri is only 25% off one tag and Tuesday is 30% off their showcase. However, these prices aren't comparable to most thrift stores for clothing so if looking for clothes I would try elsewhere. If looking for furniture or oddball housing/kitchen items DEFINITELY go here as they have one of the best furniture selections in thrift stores. Will I return? More than likely I will give them a second shot, but now I know what to expect when going in.

Such as moving items to different locations behind the counter and office before purchasing items to buy. Thus not getting paid for item. After leaving the shop I realized and had to return to store to collect money owed for item taken into their office prematurely before transaction was complete. Typically all items that are being considered for purchase be left on the counter in front of both the seller and buyer until transaction is completed. Also wasting my time as well as theirs in purchasing items that one owner likes but the other owner doesn't like after looking up items for their value and then not buying items because one owner isn't in agreeance with the other. They need a better system in regards to this type of buying process as to not waste everyone's time when end result was not to buy. While one owner admires the craftsmanship of an item of being that of high quality and another owner claiming it's cheaply made when clearly it's a designer piece with designers signature on item. Their own staff isn't even on the same page and isn't knowledgeable about what they are speaking about. Taking my business elsewhere

It was closed when I was there on a Saturday afternoon, but it looks like they make coffee, tea, and chai drinks, and may have some cookies and pastries for sale. So I'm guessing they don't mind if you bring a drink while you shop. It's very spacious inside (it feels like it might have been a Kmart or something in a previous life), and the focus is definitely on women's clothing, which takes up a majority of the racks in the center of the store. There's a decent-sized housewares section - oddly, the glassware and plates are sorted by color, which I've never seen at a Goodwill. The kids' and toys sections seemed small, and not a lot of furniture, but a decent selection of art and frames. Prices are comparable to other Goodwills and they do have the half-off colored tag of the day, so it's definitely worth a stop if you're thrifting in the Spokane area.

Once they began selling much of their donated inventory online, store customers are hard pressed to find great items that make you feel fortunate to have come in. It seems that the "treasures" have been cherry picked from the incoming donations, for online sales at significantly higher prices. Not that the in-store prices are low; they have increased dramatically as well. 'Kind of makes one reconsider taking the time to go in and browse, now.
