***** 5 star alert *****…read more I walk in the bright and unassuming little shop to get bombarded with smiles, love, true happiness, clothes and accessories! My first trip in Tanya (Tonya?!) was incredibly helpful and accommodating which was greatly appreciated. Also, she didn't give me some BS line about the pants doing my waist any justice. I appreciate honesty! I knew the pants were bad and she agreed:-) I walked out with a couple new shirts and some decent info into the store and its roots! As I walked out Tanya jokingly said, 'if you find any sweet pants come back and show me!' So off I went only to return in about an hour to show her my sweet finds! It was during my return when I was given honor of meeting Jessica, the owner. Jessica and I exchanged some light banter as I started her new store a Yelp page. I was in Spokane valley yesterday and couldn't pass up the opportunity to see what was new. I walk in and both Tanya and Jessica are standing there beaming before starting to fuss over what would be best for me to try on. I bought an awesome blue shirt and left with a huge smile, grateful they recognized me and make it a point to go out of their way to make me comfortable! In a world where positivity and kindness seem to go by the wayside Stïl stands above the rest! Time to stop reading this first review and get down there to see for yourself!

Service I visited this store to buy an item for myself but I…read moreended up not buying it after the clerk told me it was chipped. Instead, I looked for a birthday present for someone else. I informed the clerk I wanted to buy something that was not broken. So she grabbed an item that I asked her to help me look. The clerk was not honest about the product I ended up buying. It was cracked and chipped. The store does not have enough lights to see if the items are in good condition. So I did not examine if the item was in good condition. I trusted her and told her I would buy it. So I purchase the item, and when I gave it to the person who was waiting for me in the car, he told me the item was cracked and chipped. I returned to the store a couple of minutes after. When I brought it up to the attention of the clerk, she told me the store did not accept exchanging it or returning it. I asked her to check with her boss because I had just purchased the item. Her boss refused to take it back or to exchange it. I was very upset because this was my first time at the store and the item I purchased was for a birthday present. Because I would not want anybody to give me something broken for a birthday present , I would not do the same to anybody. Worse of all, the item was expensive, I asked for consideration. But the clerk said she had given me 10% off, because the item was broken. To this, I found it very deceitful to give me 10% off for an item she did not tell me it was broken. Earlier, I asked her if she would give a discount because I told her the item was expensive. She willingly told me she would give 10%. Again, I did not think this was much of a discount but because I wanted to give that specific item for a birthday present, and I did not want to go elsewhere to buy it, I ended up buying it at this place. Had I known the clerk and the owner were going to be dishonest, I would have gone elsewhere. I ended up leaving the place informing the clerk that I would never ever will do business with them again. Had they acted in good faith, I would have not posted my complaint. As a matter of fact, they don't even deserve a star for a rating. Finally, do not go near this business, if you don't want to be robbed blind. Run as fast as you can from this place. They don't care about helping you as a customer. They just want your money.
