I'm not sure we were even greeted when we walked in and I did alot of pushing of daughter to areas. At one point I approached the clerk and asked about where to look for the sizes (plus) and how the vintage racks are set up. Daughter is not looking happy and depressed. Avoid the vintage racks if you are on the plus side, there is nothing there. A couple of dresses were pointed out in the window. It seemed like more effort/time was aimed at friends that came in. Once everyone else left the clerk did start to help dd look for items in her size. And she finally tried on a few pieces. The gargoyle we secretly purchased was a hit by the way. All and all it was an spendy trip. But if she is happy with what I bought her than great, you only turn 21 once. I should give less stars for the lack of interest in our business but finding someplace with goth-y clothes in a Plus size bumps you up.

The clothing quality is great and the prices feel like you are also getting a steal. Love to support small second hand businesses :) They have a loyalty program too. Final sale for everything.

When I got to the hotel and unpacked my suitcase I discovered that I did not pack any pants! What an idiot. I had lots of shirts & underwear & gym clothes but no pants except for the sweat pant that I wore on the plane. So I of course Yelped to see where I could get some pants. The first place that came up was Nordstrom's so I went there and the cheapest pair they had was $89 bucks a pair. So I left there and just down the street I found this Pendleton store. Prices were great service was excellent!! Definitely going back here next year while in Spokane!!

I located a similarly priced man's shirt and was told by one sales clerk that an even exchange was fine. I went out to make a phone call and came back to finalize everything. A new sales clerk told me that she couldn't do an even exchange since the to be acquired shirt was no longer on sale and that I would have to pay full price. This made no sense as when I shopped at the store, both shirts were on sale. She called her manager and they would not do an even exchange as it was no longer on sale. I decided to just get my money back and never ever shop there again.

Had she not found the driver license that I left there accidentally, I wouldn't of had time to get a replacement in time to catch a flight before Christmas. A week before my scheduled pickup date I was notified that my rental was ready and they wanted me to come in and get it asap. I called the store and verified that I could pick it up on my scheduled day because I don't live in the Spokane area and the guy I was talking to seemed a little annoyed but said it would be fine, then hung up on me. Ok...thanks? The day I came in I was assisted by a very nice gentleman who was apparently a new employee, we checked to make sure the clothes and shoes in my rental were sized correctly and I was out of here in about 30 minutes. Unfortunately, whoever assembled my rental forgot to include the cufflinks and I didn't notice they were missing until I was at my event. Some of the other guests at the event who also rented from this store received multiple sets of cufflinks or mismatched pairs. When I returned the rental a couple of days later I told the staff member who greeted me that the cufflinks weren't included when I picked up my rental. She said they could "probably" do a refund but they would need manager approval. I said don't worry about it because the cufflink charge was only $2.50 and it wasn't a big deal. I just wanted to make sure I wouldn't be charged a replacement fee. She said I could contact their corporate office if I had any problems later on. She brought my rental to the counter and another guy (maybe a manager or a senior employee, I'm not sure) very condescendingly told her she didn't need to drape the rental over the counter because "that's what the rack by the door is for". I felt a little sorry for her because I think she may have been a new employee as this guy also walked her through getting a receipt for me. Without saying hi or anything, he walks up to me and asks (well, I'd say demanded to know) if I took all of my personal belongings out of the bag before I brought it back. I said yes and then he walked off. Based on his voice and tone, I think he was the guy I talked to over the phone a week ago. I got my receipt and left. Hopefully the not-included cufflinks won't be an issue for me or the staff. I doubt I'll ever come back to this particular Men's Wearhouse.

I had a bad experience with an online order. I bought a "new" pedal car from this store and had it…read moreshipped to my house, but the shipping cost ended up being almost double what they originally quoted me--even though they used the same company. When the car arrived, it had missing parts, dents, scratches, a bent suspension, and what looked like an old seat. I tried contacting the store and left a voicemail with my information, but no one called me back. A week later, I finally reached the same salesman who took my online order. I explained all the damages and missing parts, and the next day he called me back offering to send the missing parts and give me a $20 credit for the dents and damages--which isn't even close to what it would cost to get a proper paint job. It feels like they just expect me to spray-paint it myself. Then, they sent me an invoice for the refund, but it doesn't show the full amount I originally paid. At this point, the whole process with them feels really fishy.

Everywhere else is selling at or slightly above the $120. What are they selling it so high?? Another example is a $15 Gengar deck being sold at $40. Again..what?? Who is paying this??
