I had another great experience here (the second pair I've bought from them), this time with an associate named Ryan, where they helped me go through and try shoes until I found a pair that had just the right amount of squish on the stride but firm enough to keep me easily moving forward. The amount of time they have always spent with me while not pressuring me to buy has always translated into a great experience! read more

Gabby assisted me with selecting shoes, insoles and socks for walking. I am an older customer with some foot issues. She did a great job on evaluating my needs and offering a selection of shoes, insoles and socks. The prices were comparable to everything I had researched on line. I was 100% satisfied with service, product and price. read more

Came here looking for Goodr sunglasses and they have a full selection. They also have a good amount of chews and gels for running. Excellent customer service. I was greeted when I got in. Great selection of running gear including Garmin watches and obviously shoes! read more

Always have great experiences at this store! Super friendly and helpful customer service. The first time I visited I went to get recommendations on a good pair of running shoes that could correct some issues I was having while using an old pair of shoes. My feet were scanned and several shoes were pulled as recommendations that could be a good match for my feet and activity level. I walked out with a great pair of shoes and inserts and my feet never felt better! I've since visited for replacement shoes and gear and always have a great experience! I'd highly recommend this store location! read more

Incredibly insightful. Jonas is the one that helped me out, really knowledgeable dude. He deserves a raise. Left that place knowing exactly what shoes I need. read more

I tried to order new walking shoes in a couple places without success owing to supply chain issues. I decided to try "Fleet" since it was on my way home. That was a happy choice. The salesperson took me through a complex analysis of my feet using a wonderful bit of technology. Then displayed 3-d imaging of the dimensions of my feet. This led to recommendation of some shoes and orthotics. The first pair brough out were "Hoka", the very shoe I had been trying to buy elsewhere. With the orthotic and a compression sock, the fit was perfect!! The shoes are pricey but remember, you spend nearly half your life in shoes so always get the best quality. "Fleet Feet" provides just that!!! read more

Maddie took care of me today and she was absolutely terrific. She was super knowledgeable and let me try on as many shoes as I want which was surprisingly fun. There was no pressure to buy anything, she seemed to only care about what was best for me. I will seek her out the next time I need a new pair of running shoes. Great experience! read more

I needed new running shoes so badly and I came in here as a random stop to my day, I'm so glad I stayed!! They have a ton of shoes and things to make every shoppers list. Fleet feet has plenty of technicians that are available to help you, and they're able to make every interaction personal. I had never been inside of a fleet feet before and what I realized what is it they truly use the technology to find the best fit for you. They scan your feet, and then have you walk on a pad to see where your weight transfers while you walk or run. Based on the results of that, and what type or size of shoe they think that you need, they pull out some options for you to try. This is certainly not your budget running store, but if you want something that's going to fit perfectly and be the best for your feet, you get what you pay for. --I will say that if you want a very specific shoe in a very specific size rather than something that's going to fit you're the best, this is probably not the top place for you to go. Fleet feet finds the best shoe for you, And since it fits so well, you don't have to break it in!! I ended up going on a 3 mile run the next day in my shoes and I have had no problems no blisters and no pain at all. I will definitely be coming back here!! read more

The service is always superb and the staff friendly! They know their stuff and have the right tools to get you into the right pair of shoes. My go to place for running shoes and other gear. read more

Walked in just looking around, left with an awesome pair of Brooks and socks. The customer service here is top notch, they have plenty of workers working so within a few minutes of browsing, they were more than ready to help me with fitting and selection. Shout out to Jen for helping both my gf and I at the same time! They scan your feet, watch how you walk barefoot, let you try on 4 different shoes, and even let you run with them outside. Didn't bring socks? All good they got you. I ended up buying the socks too since they're half off with your shoe purchase. Found a better deal elsewhere? They will price match if it's an authorized dealer that they match to. And if you don't end up buying anything, there's Indaba Coffee inside to make sure you leave happy. Maybe take your coffee upstairs, rethink your life choices, then go outside and run in the beautiful weather. read more

Great customer service y Teresa and Tiffany. Did a shoe fitting and gave me great options. Had to order the exact shoe I wanted from diadora directly because of a color I wanted. read more

I've been to Fleet Feet a couple of times for help picking out running shoes. Each time I have left satisfied with my purchase. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. It's a unique store because of the technology used to analyze your foot. It's fascinating learning more about how you run/walk. I've left with my questions answered, a new pair of shoes and socks, and a coffee from Indaba. I will be back when I need another pair of shoes! read more

bought two pair of shoes the service was real good fitting and getting us out the door. Spent about 5hundred dollars. Bought about the first of October. Bought them for playing pickle ball in Yuma Arizona. After getting down there and using the Hoka pair I noticed a slight tear on side of shoe after only a half dozen times wearing them so quit wearing them and went to the second pair I bought . Upon returning to Spokane I took them back to valley store when I told them the problem I was quickly informed that they were out of warranty and that sorry about you're problem but weren't going to due anything about it.. After spending that. much money you would think they would have better customer service. A physical therapist recommended Fleet feet that's why I went there . Going back to therapist and tell them what happened and tell them they don't back what they sell read more

I can't say enough positive things about fleet feet, specifically the Kendall yards location. Shout out to Ty in particular. He has helped me at every step of my journey to running a marathon. From hydration vests, to compression socks, to finding the right shoe for running. Thanks Ty! read more

The staff there were great there and punctual. I didn't have to wait for help with specific shoes. Great store and a beautiful location. Thank you Fleet Feet! read more

Great place to go if you want to be ignored. Horrible customer service. Workers walked by me numerous times without so much as a "hello" or "I'll be right with you". This was my second try over a few years with the same results. I guess because I am 49 and not rocking running gear I'm not worthy of this place. I will never go back. read more

I've heard such great things about Fleet feet but I have been there twice in the past month and both times the customer service was lousy. Today I was there with my daughter to buy running shoes. There were 3 women standing behind the counter talking and a few people being helped on the floor. We walked around for about 5 minutes waiting for someone to say hello and acknowledge our presence. Never happened so we just decided to leave. I would be super pissed if I owned this business and saw this is how the customers are treated. Wont go back ! read more

I had an amazing experience at fleet feet. I was a bit shy/nervous going in because I knew I needed better running shoes but wasn't totally knowledgeable about what to look for. The staff made me feel comfortable right away and Ty helped me find a great pair of shoes, in addition to helping me understand more about my feet and needs for longevity as a runner. It's also awesome to see how much fleet feet does to build a community in Spokane. Definitely a company I will continue to support. It was kind of like having a runner's Cinderella experience :) read more

Great shoe fitting. The experience was fun, but the upsale is CRAZY. There was always something more. They push so hard for orthotics, then a sleep stretching contraption, then came this roller thing and finally compression socks! I wonder how many people go for shoes and get upsold another couple hundred in crap. It was fun. JUST BE CAREFUL. We felt that is was more about upsell than shoes. Also, they are not doctors, but this did not stop the sales person diagnosing me to the tune of $150 on top of the shoes. read more

If service is important to you this is the place for running shoes. You can probably find things a few bucks cheaper on line or bigger stores but is it worth it? I was very impressed with the amount of attention my daughter and I received. I feel like we both got shoes that fit wonderfully not just "good enough". I will definitely be back. My only complaint is that the woman that helped us didn't have a name tag so I can't compliment her by name. read more

This is hands down my favorite running store in town. Their staff are friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. They do a great fitting when you come in for shoes. The even cooler part about this store is that it's so much more than just an appearal store!! They offer training groups, free clinics and also have a Cross Fit gym right next door. This summer I signed up for their women's only triathlon training group and I credit the coaches I had for getting me through the triathlon. I could have done it without the personalized training but my time would have been slower and I would have been a hurting unit. The owners are invested in their community and very accessible. I've met them and loved them instantly! read more

Great locally owned business! I started running with their Bloomsday program in March and ran my first Bloomsday in May. Great support, and when there was an issue, it was addressed immediately. The staff is very knowledgable and was able to find shoes and arch supports to fit my feet, and they were always willing to help roll out my muscles for me (after our runs), or give me tips on how to use their products before purchasing. read more

It was the first time I had gone in and actually got my foot fitted for a quality pair of shoes. Nicki helped me tremendously. They were very busy and she was apologetic about the wait. One we got sat down she spent the better part of an hour checking my walk, gait and stride. She was very knowledgeable about their entire shoe line but WASN'T PUSHY! So nice not to feeling the pressure of, "I have to buy these shoes!" Best running store in town! read more

First intro to Hoka shoe line. So comfortable . . . but ran into problem with my new orthotics. Staff (Kati) were amazingly helpful in resizing my shoes, rescanning my feet, and showing me how to lace up differently to reduce pain. Result: They get an A+++ and I have a wonderful store to go to for all my future shoe needs. Thank YOU! read more

Ok, ok, ok...really a five star for a retail establishment? Yes indeed...visited here tired and not in the best of moods from a previous experience. Well Casey completely rocked and turned my mood around. Friendly, extremely knowledgable and genuine. I was measured and educated on the product I was buying. I was also introduced to new brands. I appreciated that he was not by any means pushy but still stuck to his recommendation on my Purchase. I will be back!! read more

I love fleet feet. Every staff member is very knowledgeable and they are very attentive when fitting for shoes. I discovered my now favorite socks because I was chatting with a staff member about a type of blister I was getting during half marathons. He explained how the different socks worked and recommended balega hidden comfort for my issue. I ran my next half blister free. That is the type of knowledge and experience you get with the staff here. Love it love it love it! read more

What a great experience! We have been there before to buy running shoes for our family and we've always had awesome service but today I had to take a friend. His health is not good and we have had a hard time finding shoes that fit his extra wide width as well as shoes that are comfortable. I had a vision that you'd have to be fit and a runner to buy shoes there but they carried the Hoka brand that was recommended to us by a doctor. Charlie helped us and was absolutely outstanding. He showed my friend the utmost respect and found him the perfect Hoka shoe. Fleet Feet has impressed me over and over again. read more

Made an appointment for a consult online, the online app states that the appointment will take 30 minutes. I arrived 3 minutes early and was greeted pleasantly and started the appointment. I have severe foot issues, so this consult and purchase of walking shoes is very important. After the scan, 3 different brands were recommended and I started trying them on and walking around. This took ONE HOUR, because every person that walked in was greeted and helped by the person that was helping me. I felt a bit rushed to make a decision, this is not ideal since I have very specific requirements for shoes, mush less the financial commitment of over $130 depending on what shoe I choose. As soon as I started looking online to compare pricing (just sitting there waiting for her to help another person) the sales person asked me if I had made a decision and that they would match online prices. She was very cordial and thanked me for my patience. I did end up buying a pair of shoes, but the attention to the appointment was affected by the numerous interruptions. read more

Had purchased a pair of shoes at FF. After about 60 days they just weren't working. I was reluctant but decided to return. Charlie could not have been nicer. These guys are awesome!! Come prepared to spend money but it's money well spent. They measure your feet, watch how you walk and make sure the shoes are perfect before buying and if they become not perfect they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. I've always gone to nordstrom for my gym shoes but I won't be going back for that purpose. These guys proved to me buying from an expert matters! read more

I love this place. I went a month ago and picked out a new pair of shoes. I tried them and just couldn't get myself to love them. They allowed me to bring them back and pick new ones so that I'd be safe, comfortable and happy when I run. Whaaat? What kind of business does this? An awesome one, that's what kind! They didn't make me feel bad at all. They've always been super helpful when I'm there and are always engaging with the customers that need their support. I love their running programs they organize and appreciate the knowledge and expertise of their staff. read more

If you are looking for the next step up in athletic shoes beyond Sketchers or your typical department store and don't know where to start, I recommend a Fleet Feet. I have the usual knee/hip/foot joint ankle pains associated with passing age 40, and needed a quality pair of shoes for walking, chasing the kids, and workouts. Steve at Fleet Feet Spokane took an hour and a half with me to find just the right pair, plus inserts. First, there was the computerized foot scan, and then gait assessment, and interview about how I walk, exercise, use my feet... and then we tried shoes, inserts, side-by-side comparisons; the works. I hopped, lunged, did burpees; I heard another salesperson tell a jogger to go take a turn around the block to try their shoes out at speed. It was definitely the most intensive shoe shopping assistance I've ever received, and I'll be back. Best $200 I've spent on my health this year. I've worn my new shoes pretty much since point-of-sale, and they're fantastic. Highly recommend. And ask for Steve; he's great! read more
