When I got there and told them I'd like them back, they told me they were already on the floor and it was not possible to get them back. They said I should have signed up for a call ahead. Which I was under the impression I did given the paperwork I filled out. So, I lost 20 items for $10 and they had no remorse or apology for the miscommunication. I have no interest in doing anymore business with them. Please beware of taking things there to sell. You are not their priority. They will take your things, give you chump change for them and send you on your way.

Worst customer service ever…read more They were at Seattle Center on 8/19 so people whose kids attend Pacific Northwest Ballet school could go there and purchase required items for lessons. We purchased some items, and one of them was a cute neckless for our daughter - but when we arrived at our house, we noticed that the neckless was not in the bag they gave us. We called them immediately, and Bailey answered. She called the owner Melanie who was still at the Seattle Center. Melanie told Bailey that she handed the neckless to "our daughter" and the daughter walked out with it. We told Bailey that could not be us because we didn't have our daughter with us. So Bailey called Melanie again, and called us back to tell us that if we returned to the Seattle Center with our receipt, Melanie will give us the neckless. So we drove all the way back there - but instead of giving us the neckless, Melanie took our receipt and phone numbers and told us she'd get back to us. Two days later (8/21), no word from them. So we called their store and left a message requesting that they call us back to let us know what was going on. 8/26 (M), still nothing from them. So we emailed them with details of the situation, and again, requested that they contact us. Now it's 8/31, and still no word from them. At this point we don't thing they have any intention of giving us the neckless back or ever contacting us. If this is not the worst customer service or business (for possibly selling the same thing twice and ripping us off), I don't know what is. It's a shame that we have to use this business to obtain items required for PNB school, I wish the school contracts with someone else.

Avoid the vintage racks if you are on the plus side, there is nothing there. A couple of dresses were pointed out in the window. It seemed like more effort/time was aimed at friends that came in. Once everyone else left the clerk did start to help dd look for items in her size. And she finally tried on a few pieces. The gargoyle we secretly purchased was a hit by the way.
