I go to BR for my same-day outfits, trusting that they will have something available for me. The selections are great; I believe they could use more sizes; however, I have never needed something so badly that I could not get it from this location. I cannot name any specific members because they are all equally supportive and professional. They offer a variety selection of outdoor gear to name a few: shoes, beanies, gloves, jackets, base layer, backpacks, overalls, hats and more. The store was pretty busy. I noticed a parka jacket I really liked. My daughter offered to purchase for me (early birthday gift). The parka jacket was $130 regular price, however, received a 15% discount as her company was listed to receive it. One of the employees (male gentleman) was nice to bring me an XS size from the back stock. I went to the Northtown Buckle to return some stuff and had terrible customer service, so I saved my shopping for this store. I'm glad I did. The Buckle generally is a great place to shop. They carry exclusive styles of Rock Revival and Miss Me jeans (my favorite), and it's easy to find shoes/belts/ and tops that I adore! When I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly girl with blonde hair, but just as I was about to head to the dressing room, she informed me she was going on break and introduced me to Adam, who would be helping me the rest of the time. I was a little worried about a guy helping me shop, but he quickly put my worries to rest. He had genuinely good style taste, was helpful in finding clothes in my size with my specifications, and he wasn't pushy about anything. When it came time to check out, he consolidated my punch cards and saved me $100 off of my transaction. If you've shopped at The Buckle before, you know that it is NOT cheap and rarely do you find anything deeply discounted, so these punch cards help make up for that. Also, you get great rewards by having a Buckle Credit Card. When you upgrade to Black status (after spending $500 on the card), you get free shipping from online orders as well as double rewards and probably many more benefits I haven't discovered yet. I located a similarly priced man's shirt and was told by one sales clerk that an even exchange was fine. I went out to make a phone call and came back to finalize everything. A new sales clerk told me that she couldn't do an even exchange since the to be acquired shirt was no longer on sale and that I would have to pay full price. This made no sense as when I shopped at the store, both shirts were on sale. She called her manager and they would not do an even exchange as it was no longer on sale. I decided to just get my money back and never ever shop there again.
