NOPE. Once we FINALLY got through to an actual customer service representative, we explained the situation... and the customer service person provided NO ACTUAL SERVICE. She said she could remove 40.00 of the late fees... which she did not actually do. DO NOT USE A KOHL'S CARD. Their policies do not make sense. If you tell a cashier in a store that you'd like to completely pay off your Kohl's Card... be ware that you might not have ACTUALLY have done so. BAD FORM, Kohl's ... BAD FORM.
