When I entered I informed the young lady who greeted me, her reply was that the owner of the vehicle worked there. I explained whether they do or don't they are blocking the wheelchair access. "Well she's only parking there for 5 mins, the owner does the same thing when loading her car." I explained I work with the special needs community and what she is doing is wrong. Her response was "well good thing nobody in a wheelchair is coming in." I declined to make an appointment for a drop off of my items. Excusing anything like that is not somewhere I am interested in doing any sort of business with.

I was somewhat disappointed to find that the store only contains romance books. But I mean, what should I expect from a place called Its a Love Story. But I can get over that. I just love being surrounded by books and some looked very interesting. The thing is, the place was quieter than a library. There were about 6 people in the shop, but it was so quiet, I was afraid to talk to my wife. The Dirty Chai Latte I ordered was nothing special, so I'd only really come back to be surrounded by books. But since most of the books aren't my Genre, It's less likely that I would. So, I chalk this one up to an experience. It's not a bad one, it's just one that's not for me.

The bathrooms are generally pretty icky, and this is one area where the employees at this location could definitely improve. The customer service is also mixed. I've had horrible experiences with employees that left me baffled and extremely disappointed, barely palpable and non-memorable interactions that were negative or neutral, and a very small number of genuinely pleasant exchanges with certain employees. The pricing is standard for T.J. Maxx which means expensive and quickly adds up. Overall, I'd still recommend checking this location out for the fun of finding something cute and unique.
