She makes a lot of the jewelry in the shop and it's so unique and cool, that alone is worth the stop. She will consider your items for consignment, and I recommend bringing your stuff in while she's there. There are a lot of nice stuff, nothing too high end, but awesome selection of vintage and boho chic. There is men's items too. Prices are pretty reasonable, especially if you're not one to dig for treasures at your local thrift shop. The work is done here and you'll pay for the upgraded service. In the summer, when the weather is nice, Garland Resale is also open on Sundays to capture foot traffic. There is something here for everyone. Lots of clothes for women including dresses in all sizes, tons of boots, and outfits based on the season. The shop also has an assortment of jewelry including earnings from local artisans. During my visit, the owner explained where various items from nail polish to art were made. This is definitely the place to get a gift for a friend since there are even cute cards for sale. Ooh, try this on! Oh, grab that one! Ooooh, look at this beauty! The staff were so attentive and helpful. I really love that they have some extra personal touches to the whole experience...such as the fact that you don't zip the gowns yourself. This may seem strange but it preserves the integrity of the gown and makes sure that there aren't snags, loose zippers or wear and tear from customers yanking things on and off multiple times. You can appreciate that attention to detail when you glance at the price tag. You really don't want to spend all that money on a pretty gown that someone has managed to mildly damage. Another great perk we discovered while shopping for prom dresses is that the shop tags dresses based on which girl has purchased one for which prom so you don't have to worry about someone showing up at your final senior bash in the same outfit. I thought this was an incredibly personal touch for the business. Kudos to the owner for that one. The selection is a little overwhelming. There is truly something for every shape, size and style preference and even though I would say that most of these gowns run on the expensive side--they do have discounts and sales that make some of the selection within reach.

Such as moving items to different locations behind the counter and office before purchasing items to buy. Thus not getting paid for item. After leaving the shop I realized and had to return to store to collect money owed for item taken into their office prematurely before transaction was complete. Typically all items that are being considered for purchase be left on the counter in front of both the seller and buyer until transaction is completed. Also wasting my time as well as theirs in purchasing items that one owner likes but the other owner doesn't like after looking up items for their value and then not buying items because one owner isn't in agreeance with the other. They need a better system in regards to this type of buying process as to not waste everyone's time when end result was not to buy. While one owner admires the craftsmanship of an item of being that of high quality and another owner claiming it's cheaply made when clearly it's a designer piece with designers signature on item. ​​​Their own staff isn't even on the same page and isn't knowledgeable about what they are speaking about.
