They may be caught in steel-jaw traps that slam down on their legs, often cutting to the bone; Conibear traps, which crush their necks with 90 pounds of pressure per square inch. They certainly don't need to sell fur at Escape Outdoors. I will never buy anything at this horrible store that support animal cruelty.

Customers shouldn't have to pay shipping and handling fees to return defective items, especially when purchasing a premium brand like Canada Goose. For an item that is advertised at full price, the customer expects the item to be in "pristine" condition. I like the products they offer but may have to reconsider other retailers for my next purchase.

From what I could tell there were four men working the gun counter. At times, two men working on the same paperwork. A total of two customers when I walked in. All 4 employees grumbling about what they were doing. Not one even did so much as make eye contact with me for the entire 34 minutes I stood there. I picked out a scope base and scope rings. I left the scope rings and bass on the counter right over top of the scope I had wanted to purchase. I've never had a worse experience at a business in my entire life. There's no excuses for not even acknowledging someone's presence. I've bought many guns and spent a ton of money at North 40 but won't be in the future. North 40s prices are great and I thought I'd give my business to a brick and mortar versus ordering online. With what I experienced today I'm convinced Midway USA will get me my product quicker. When it was time for me to try on my bras, there was no attendant in the fitting rooms and all the doors were locked. I had to hunt someone down to get a door open. The changing rooms had holes in the walls and were dirty. It felt like the backstage of a circus. Just such a weird vibe in the whole store! When I arrived at the cashier, the girl told me to wait because she was still in a transaction but her tone was very sharp and annoyed. She never smiled at me and looked super stressed that there was a line behind me. It felt like all the associates had been fighting with each other all day. After today, I will not be giving this store any more of my business. Why is customer service and a pleasant shopping experience so hard??

I called the Essential Woman to see about selling them to someone who needed one through them, or even donating them. The woman answered the phone first told me it was illegal to sell previously owned wigs in the State of Washington. This isn't true and I told her this. She then very rudely said, "Would you want to buy a used wig?" I told her that indeed I have as there are many gently used wig sites online that deal with "open box" or the same experience that I had, (try on with wig cap and put back in box.) She then slammed down the phone - BOOM. I think it's terribly unfortunate that this store proclaims to help people dealing with cancer but when faced with the opportunity to really help someone financially with something worthwhile, they turn it down; not to mention turning on the attitude "would you want to buy a used wig?" I think she must have been picturing an old ratty wig, not a quality piece that really could have been useful and beautiful for someone that needed it. I see they sell wigs for twice the price you can buy them at an online wig store and I realize it would cut into their bottom line. But a store that's suppose to help people and really mean "help" (and not just make $$) aren't really helping them at all if they don't even stay on the line to find out what the circumstances are, are they?
