I am a 5 year breast cancer survivor. I haven't worn a proper bra (or no bra at all) since my mastectomy. I went here looking for an occasion gown. I walked out with a whole new look. Great service and great ladies work here. The lady leaving the comment on being humiliated.... Yes, Victoria was direct, but I would rather have someone tell me I look awful, then someone just making the sale. When going into these private embarrassing situations, you have to have a little dark humor and a lot of laughs. She could have upsold me, but she kept me in my budget, treated me as if I was special and made me look fabulous. All the ladies made sure I left their feeling beautiful and confident. I felt like ripping my bra off, my back hurt my shoulders hurt and the underwires from the expensive VS bars dig into my ribs ! I got fitted with by one of there specialist and literally walked out with one of my new bras on! Comfort at its BEST, and very reasonably priced! You guys... I'm telling you.. the service here is amazing. They actually care about finding you the right sized bra and make sure they find you the perfect one before letting you leave. If you are bigger in the chest this is the place to go. They carry a lot of sizes and they aren't super expensive like Nordstrom. I am about to get very real about bras and boobs so if that is not up your alley, please avert your attention to another less blunt review. Now that you've been prepared, let's get into it I have big boobs, some might even say ginormous. Lord knows my back feels that way. This being said, the girls need some extra help in the bra area. I need the best of the best bras in order to keep the girls comfortable and my back supported. Buying a new bra for me is a serious thing and an investment. It helps control my back problems and keep me from being in pain from the weight of the girls. Usually this means that I have to go to a specialty shop to get my bras custom made. I have tried so many bra places in Atlanta ( where I currently live) , but no place comes even close to Audrey's. My experiences here have been the best! The first time I came in here a year and a half ago they gave me great service and put me in bra that was fabulous. Unfortunately, the girls got bigger so I had to get new bras from a place in Georgia. The bras at this place were terrible quality and the person who altered by bras did a terrible job. Those bras were in peices( literally) within two months. When I came into Audrey's this past weekend, after almost two years they remembered me and my name. How amazing is that? Such great customer service. I was fitted in a new bra and the lady gave me amazing advice. She told me Part of the reason why I had back issues is that I was fitted in the wrong bra. When she fit me into a new bra it was like a new beginning. I'm not even joking, I wanted to cry because for the first time in months by back wasn't in pain. I could finally stand up straight without straining myself. The lady even took the time to tell me about the time of year when they have sales so I could plan my trips around it. She gave me some tips and tricks to make me more comfortable in my bras. For that I am so thankful! Usually, bra shopping is a nightmare for me but going into Audrey's was fun! This lady knew exactly what she was doing. She jokes about being the "bra whisperer" but honey she deserves that title!!! She had me in and out with 3 new bras within 15 minutes. I feel like a new woman walking around with my new bras and less back pain. I am beyond thankful and so appreciative of the amazing customer service. I would absolutely recommend coming here. I have never been as humiliated as when I was fitted for a bra by the owner/manager of Audrey's. (I was on the verge of tears for hours after the fitting.). She was curt and blunt in her interactions with me and with another staff member who was trying to help me. It is challenging for me to find a bra that fits correctly and I have been fitted at another store in the past. At the other store the fitter was professional, skilled and courteous --- as a person in that profession should be. The owner/manager of Audrey's should take some lessons from her! In addition to her rudeness, the owner/manager who was trying to fit me was waaaay off on the sizes and styles she chose for me. If not for another employee who assisted me, I would have left empty-handed. I will NEVER shop there again! read more

I walked in needing a bustier for a bridesmaids dress, and walked out with 2 new bras in addition to a comfortable and perfectly sized bustier. I'm accustomed to shopping with UK sizing, since it's way more accurate than US sizing and actually has the size I need. I'm so excited that they had styles in plain NUDE and BLACK, which I have found incredibly hard to find in my size. Victoria was very nice and obviously knows her stuff. Very disappointed in the service here. My mother brought me in for a new bra the day after Thanksgiving, swearing that Audrey's has always been THE place to buy bras in Spokane. We were the only customers and so I was promptly taken to the dressing room. The saleswoman said 'We don't use measuring tapes here" which is fine because I have been sized visually at high-end boutiques in the past. When she comes back with samples, they are all wrong. Droopy cup. Comes back with another, Droopy cup, large band. Finally she brings back one that fits in the cup and is happy with her pick, asking if this is the right bra for me. I mentioned that the clasp that she fastened was on the tightest setting so I might need a smaller band size. She says that I'm right and gets me the "only style" available in my size. It's blah as far as style and its chocolate brown on my ivory skin. not sure why I gave in but I asked them to order me a buff and they happily say they can ship it to me in 3-4 weeks. I wait. And wait. 6 weeks later we call and they say "Oh, its in our hands right now!". They ship it cheap-o first class with no receipt or anything inside. Just a bra in an envelope. I think this place is unprofessional and if they want to be the kind of boutique to size customers with their eyes they need better training. Also, please get the item to the customer when promised or call to tell us there is a delay. read more

Amazing! Only place I go for a correct fit in bra. I have been going her for over 22 years! I have lived in other states and they have shipped to me. They have a nice size of index cards that profile me, changes, sizes, brands, etc. Deffenently make this your first stop! You won't regret it! read more

I do not recommend this shop based on my experience here with the store owner, who assured me up, down and sideways that my insurance would cover the very expensive mastectomy bras and prosthesis that I obtained here. I mistook Victoria for a caring person as fittings like this are not easy for a cancer survivor just a few months out of surgery. When I called a few months later to tell her that my insurance would in fact not cover (it was the OTHER bra boutique in town that in fact was "in network" with Blue Cross), all I got was a "You must not have very good insurance", and no refund was offered. I was lucky enough to have another small business owner in Spokane reccomend Audrey's as a place that specialized in mother of the bride dresses. Holy Moly, not only did I find the perfect MOB dress, I found bras in my size that were perfect fit. The sales rack was so fun, found a few things we just couldn't pass up. If you want to be treated like a second class citizen then by all means shop here. The sales people, excluding Vicki, are pretentious snobs. Heaven forbid that you ask them to back their products or provide the expertise they are supposedly known for. My daughter and I will not step foot back into the den of snobbery and this has just cost them more than $1000.00 in sales. They are highly recommended by Bridal Collections, but we have found them to be unfriendly and rude. Needless to say we will be shopping for all of the remaining bridal accessories elsewhere.
