I tried Bridal Collections back in 2014 when I got married, so I was excited to be back with my sister for her dress shopping. We were a little early to her appointment, so they had us kind of hang by the bridesmaid dresses. The salon is a little dated, but they've added things like a feature wall and velvet covered furniture to try and modernize it. But, ultimately all that matters is the dresses, and they really delivered! We were the only ones there, which was nice. Amanda, the owner, was our stylist and she was SO SWEET! The most cheerful, excited stylist we experienced in our daylong dress shopping event. She truly made it so nice. The bride was allowed to help pick some options, but the guests were asked to remain seated. Which is still hard, but I appreciate the Covid protocol! The first dress the bride tried on was actually one she had tried elsewhere, but she didn't recognize it when it was on. They were able to fit it to her so much nicer. They pulled a lot of different styles for her to make sure she got to sample all of what she was eyeing. They really hit the mark! They had some really great ways of helping the dress fit too, aside from just a clip or holding it. We were able to get a full vision of what the dress will look like on her day! read more

My friend had made an appointment here for a wedding dress, after a full day of lovely experiences at other bridal shops in town Bridal Collections left a distinctly bad taste in our mouths. We had a 3PM appointment which began with a long wait to even be seen. Her stylist looked at photos of my friend's top contenders and told us "Yes, we should be able to find you something." One of the greatest parts of our dress shopping experience at other shops was when our stylist had intimate knowledge of their inventory and their ability to pull dresses that matched my friend's taste. So when the stylist went from asking for pictures to turning us loose in the store, we were taken aback. For $50 we were asked to look through their inventory and waste our appointment time. From here the stylist spent the rest of the appointment balancing between nonchalance and complete indifference. Having my friend remove gowns from their plastic covers and replacing them. After a painful hour and a half my friend did find a dress she was interested in, but after the experience she didn't want to purchase a $2k dress from somewhere she felt unwelcome. read more

Unfortunately did not have a great experience here while shopping for my sister's wedding dress recently. This was our first stop of three appointments and it started off great. Our stylist (whose name we were never told) was attentive and excited to help my sister find the perfect dress. She is getting married in Vegas, so was looking for a super fun, and potentially short dress. They didn't seem to have many short dresses, which was understandable and we were willing to have one heavily altered if need be. The stylist did pull a few short dresses (all the ones they had in stock her size, I think) and a few long ones that didn't make much sense, but also encouraged my mom and I to look around. I found a great short dress, but it wasn't her size. Only then did the stylist inform us that they are under new management, and couldn't order ANY dresses. This seems like something that you would have lead the appointment with, especially if you're encouraging guests to shop around without telling them where the proper size areas are. Overall, she pulled some nice dresses, but many of them were just way too matronly for the occasion while others were very casual and didn't suit my sister's style at all. The stylist didn't seem open to feedback, and when it started to become clear that we probably weren't going to be buying a dress from her that day, she eventually just walked over to talk to the receptionist and left us while my sister was still in her last dress. Overall, would not recommend the inventory or staff at Bridal Collections. I hope they can get things figured out, but a little humility goes a long way, and we didn't love having our time wasted. read more

I had a great experience here. Due to COVID, my guests and I actually had the whole place to our selves. Which made it really fun. Our consultant was spectacular! She nailed my style off the bat, well before I really knew what I wanted. The first dress I got in had me speechless. Not just because it was the first dress, but because it was so me. Ultimately I went with a different dress from a different shop (but that has little to do with the care and attention received and everything to do with the dress), but I thought long and hard about that first dress all the way to the end. I am so happy with the way my guests and I were treated during my time there. Again, I am so impressed by how my style was nailed. That is what I call expertise. Have a blast ladies! This was the first bridal shop I visited, and they were extremely helpful. I had not originally thought I would buy am actual wedding dress, so I came in with a plan to gain ideas. Amanda was more than accommodating in hearing my wedding plans; gaining an understanding of my simple desires (no fancy undergarments and no floof); and how this was a different world for me. She was patient as she brought out various dresses, helping me get into them, and never making me feel like a burden, especially as a walk in customer. As a heavyset bride, shopping for dresses can be intimidating, yet she keep things casual and helped me feel gorgeous. She also really worked with me to understand what things I actually liked in each dress, which helped me find the perfect dress. While in the end, my dress came from a different shop, I would recommend people come here to look. The rating is only four stars since I cannot speak of the buying process or anything else. My dress consultant was nice enough I guess, but I really wasn't feeling the vibe there. I had a vision but was very open minded- but she pulled 2 dresses for me and then basically said "Welp, that's it!", lol. Which is strange because I did disclose that I ended up loving something that the consultant at my previous appointment picked for me that was far from my original vision, which means I was open to trying other styles than just my own ideas. I don't know if she didn't think I was a serious buyer or what, but the appointment lasted all of 20 minutes while all my other ones were at least 1.5 hours long. I bought my dress from here and I could not be happier. I came in very determined to not get a white dress and the woman who helped me was very accommodating and understanding and did not pull a single white gown for me to try on, and did not try to change my mind. She also was attentive to our budget. I tried on about 5 gowns before settling on 'the one'. We set up a payment plan and were able to walk out of the boutique confident that we found the perfect dress that fits our vision and with monthly payments that make sense. I was in there in October of 2015 to try on wedding dresses. I was less than impressed with their service. I was very honest with the consultant. I told her I found a dress at David's Bridal but wanted to see if they had anything that I liked more. I told her my price point and size, to which she responded "well we don't have much in your size in that price point so I'm not sure what you'll be able to try on". Ok, I'm in between a 16W and an 18W, it's not that unheard of! She only pulled me 3 dresses and 2 of them were at least $200 more than I wanted to spend. My friend pulled a couple as well but then I was told "These aren't going to go over your hips so I'm not going to take it out of the bag" Ouch. Definitely did not feel very good about myself which is what you don't want when you are shopping for wedding dresses! She didn't help me with them but left me in the room to try to figure out how to get them on. I know it's not rocket science but, really? So needless to say, I tried on 3 dresses, none of which fit me and then my bridesmaids tried on a few with no help of the consultant. Let me first start out by saying I found my dream dress here and couldn't be happier with the DRESS. I am a super laid back bride that really wasn't picky when it came to the extravagance of the dress... I knew I wanted a low back and something more simple for my bohemian, backyard wedding. I had Pinterest ideas and a budget but other than that was open minded and excited to experience the whole Say Yes to the Dress moment. With that said, while I'm super happy with the dress itself, I was not impressed nor super thrilled with the process and service. I was assigned Vanessa the day I went in for my appointment. I knew the dress I specifically wanted to try on (I had been in with one of my bridesmaids looking for her dress and quickly tried on my then dream dress, deciding to make a mental note about it and try it on later with my mom and MIL) and was waiting for my mother-in-law to show for the appointment. In the mean time, Vanessa encouraged me to try on other dresses. Which was great. She expanded my view of dresses and styles, which helped me confirm my style and dress choice. BUT once I finally got in my "dream dress" she got super pushy and negative. She made comments about how hard it would be to alter this and that and how alterations would need more time so I needed to order right then if I even wanted a dress (we were 7+ months out still). So I decided to move forward with it after feeling the pressure but truly loving the dress. With cash in hand, we asked about buying the one off the rack, which had some minor stains and snags. They apparently don't give any discount what so ever for the dress off the rack. It's the same exact price to have a brand new one made. Vanessa became very pushy on me taking the dress off the rack, telling me it had only been there a couple weeks and barely worn (which I knew wasn't true because I was in almost 2 months before and tried it on). Yet wouldn't give a discount for it. This seemed to be her style of communication. When we asked her questions, she talked and answered in circles not fully clarifying or answering things. Frustrated I finally told her if I was paying $2000 for a dress, I wanted a brand new one. She didn't seem thrilled with that answer but we moved forward to order it. Again, I had full cash in hand so we asked about payments versus paying it all right there. She continued to answer in circles and tell me there was no price difference for splitting into payments or paying all upfront. My mother in law apparently asked the same questions as I was changing and got the same answer as well. So I decided to save half the cash and spend it on other wedding related items that day. I paid half down and moved on with the ordering process. When my dress finally came in 3.5 months later, I went in to pay it off and they charged me a $15 "payment fee" for each payment... that's $30 I was told wasn't suppose to happen. When I asked Vanessa about it she started to tell me they were fees everyone pays and wouldn't address or comment on the fact that she had told me differently months before when I ordered it. I'm not mad over $30.... I'm unhappy with the dishonesty and way the entire process happened. After going in circles about the fees, I finally just paid it so I could get my dress and be done with this shop. Vanessa then offered to have them hold my dress there and then take it downstairs (to the alteration company) for me on the date of my dress fitting, to which I agreed. Once I gave her the date of my first dress fitting I needed it downstairs for, Vanessa started telling me that wasn't enough time for them to do my dress and going around and around about how difficult my dress would be. Mind you, I had ALREADY talked to the alterations place themselves and they had scheduled me on their time line. I ended up arguing with her over these dates when finally another consultant stepped in and said that I had more than enough time and she would personally make sure it was taken downstairs on my dress fitting day. Day of, I ended up having to call them an hour before the appointment to make sure it had been taken down to the shop and it hadn't. What I thought would make things simpler, really didn't. At the end of the day, I love my dress. And unfortunately I feel like I made that too evident and was taken advantage of. She knew I wouldn't go anywhere else and find one just like it. I think the shop itself was beautiful and had great selections. But I couldn't be more relieved to have my dress out of this shops hands and be done dealing with the consultant I had. The wedding goes on but the experience wasn't the dream worthy one I always imagined having. I would suggest you do your research beforehand and don't be afraid to ask for a different consultant if you aren't happy and being celebrated like every bride should feel. It's your day and you should enjoy the process! read more

This is probably the worst place to buy bridal outfits for either the bridal maids or for the bride to be. They body shame maids and brides when they go to receive their dresses. My friend went in to the store to receive her bride's maid dress and was told that she would need to go up a size. I'm sorry to say but she knows what she can and cannot ware. Then they proceed to tell her it's in a different color then what she had originally asked for assuming she was someone else because the dress she had picked was not in their mind her size. She had put in a rush order a month ago because the sales lady told her it wouldn't make any difference. So when the time came she went in to pay for the dress and was meet with two very disrespectful employees who then started to body shame her. And told her that her dress would be rushed delivered in November way after the wedding. No thank you. We will be going somewhere else to buy a dress. We are paying high price for beautiful dresses, not body advice. Thank you for listening to me rant and I'm sorry for anyone who has been treated the same. Hopefully the person who owns the establishment will read this and have a word with the two employees who seem their opinions are more important than a sale. read more

I had a terrible experience with bridal collections. Terrible customer service. Very unprofessional. Don't go here for your wedding dress. Go elsewhere and save yourself the headache!! I was misinformed when ordering my dress. It was way too long so I asked if it could be ordered in a shorter size to which they told me no multiple times. I decided to get it as is and order. Once I got home and looked up the dress on the designers site I found it could be ordered in 3 different lengths. I called immediately to only be told it was too late and it is what it is. I let it go and decided I would just get it altered. It being a ball gown it cost over $300 just to hem it. Not including any other alterations. The length it was hemmed to was of course one of the lengths I could have ordered it in the first place. I called bridal collections to be told I should have gone to a place they recommend alterations, but was never told about this place when picking up my dress. The manager told me she'd talk to the owner the next day and get back to me within 3 days. A week passed and so I emailed and called. Nothing. Then another week and I tried again. Nothing. After 5 weeks I got an email saying it was my fault that, and they are not to be blamed. All in all, take your money elsewhere. Don't don't don't go here. Unless you want to deal with people who don't know what's going on when ordering, and really unprofessional people. read more

I came in with no real idea about what style of wedding dresses I preferred, but the staff helped me narrow down my options and find a dress that was right for me. I also applaud the staff for working within my very small budget. The associate working with me took my budget and preferences and brought back seven options. Loved Bridal Collections. My consultant Cynthia was so sweet but still to the point, super helpful and insightful, and rocked the busy (AKA chaotic) bridal party like a pro! I had already bought my dress somewhere else, but I brought most of my bridesmaids in with me to find their dresses and my veil. Cynthia knew her stuff through and through about all of it. She also understood the important of a budget, and didn't pressure you into buying anything outside of it and still found the best inside of it. The way she could handle multiple bridesmaids at a time was pretty impressive. We were able to choose all of the bridesmaid dresses and a veil that I LOVE! I went for bridesmaid dresses. The staff was helpful in helping me find dresses to fit a size 2., 8 and 14 in the same color and design. We found dresses and they were on sale for 99.00! They were a bit to big for 2 of the girls so they sent me to their alteration people and I was given discounts. Over all we were very happy. read more

These ladies are so awesome. Seriously so sweet, I went in for an appointment and was assigned a consultant and I was her first bride. She grabbed every dress she could that I described a part of and put me in a dressing room and let me try them all on. There was no hesitation, and they were super upfront about the costs of alterations and reminded me to factor that into my dress choice. Near the end of my appointment I was still hesitant because I just hadn't tried on "the one" there were dresses I liked but I just didn't LOVE any of them. Another more seasoned consultant showed mine a bridesmaid dress that fit everything I was asking for and it was PERFECT! Everything I wanted all in one, and it was WAY under my budget. They wanted me to be happy so they made a sale based on my wants rather than their dollar. That was an amazing experience. Go to Bridal Connections first. On any budget, they have what you want. I emailed this store via the Dessy group a couple of times and the bride called them several times as well to make sure that they had one of Dessy's After Six bridesmaid dresses in stock. They assured us that though they didn't have the exact 6616 style, they had a similar After Six dress I could try on. Being a size 00 for hip and a 2 for bust and another size yet for the waist, I wanted to try a size 0 and 2 to figure out what to buy. Though the employee was courteous, she had no clue what she was doing. She called what looked like the manager or owner who didn't even bother greeting me, who then proceeded to tell the girl that they had very few if any dessy dresses. The girl showed me a dress with straps to try on when the 6616 is strapless. I told her i was a size 00 and needed to try on a 0 or a 2 but she didnt have any and told me if it's the ruffles i likes, i could try on another strappy dress. She didnt get that it was the sizes that mattered, not the ruffles. I wasted my time in coming into this store after being assured via two media that there would be dresses for me to try on before buying the appropriate size. Needless to say I still don't have my bridesmaid dress and yes, I contacted the Dessy group to tell them what a poor retailer they had in Spokane. Wished I could give this store a Zero for product, customer service and false advertising. I will never go back to this store, nor will I send my own bridesmaids. They've just lost two wedding parties. read more

I quickly found a dress I was in love with and bought the next day. They were more than accommodating of my rather large group of 7 who came to help me pick my dress. Let me begin by saying my daughter loved her dress. However, that being said, Bridal Collections transposed waist measurements (making it 3" too small) creating a dreadful alterations situation. Several of the bridesmaids' dresses came in with faulty clasps so the zippers weren't staying up. Super stressful seeing our bridesmaids sewing each other into the dresses moments before they were to be walking down the aisle. The dresses came in HUGE. The tuxes were a horrific JOKE. None of them fit properly. The sleeves weren't tacked in right so they were all falling out. The groom's father's shoes came in way too small and was then charge $30 for a replacement pair. The groom's sleeves were different lengths and it was OBVIOUS. My husband's cuff links fell off before he even walked our daughter down the aisle. I wouldn't ever recommend this bridal shop to anyone and I would strongly suggest getting the tuxes somewhere else. read more

I went in here on October 18th after having a horrible experience at the first place I had gone to. I came in with the notion that I'd browse at wedding dresses but after the experience I previously had, I was NOT going to get in another dress. Well, Cynthia (who was one of the associates at Bridal Collections) made me feel so comfortable. I had no idea what I was looking for or what would look good on my shape and Cynthia did an amazing job at finding the right fit and literally after the first dress I tried on my whole attitude changed. She has a serious knack for knowing what style will look good for each body type and I felt beautiful in EVERY dress she grabbed for me to try on. I am beyond grateful that I came here and met with her...she made this special day one to remember. She even found "the one". I walked out, she placed a veil in my hair and instantly my sisters, bridesmaids and even I started crying! She was right on cue with a box of kleenex too. Cynthia was the perfect combination of professional, funny, patient, helpful, etc, etc. I can't say enough good things about my experience here. The other thing I loved was that she stayed right within my budget. She didn't pull any dresses outside of the budget I provided so don't be afraid to tell the consultant your working with how much your willing to spend. At one point I started grabbing dresses that were WAY out of my budget and she kindly let me know...boy am I glad she did. The last thing you want to do is fall in love with a dress you can't afford! How discouraging. So I was very grateful she was honest with me. Bottom line...go here! You won't regret it. :) read more
