We had such a wonderful experience with Meaghan here recently while shopping for my sister's wedding dress! My sister was looking for a short dress, and they didn't have many, but the long dresses that Meaghan pulled and recommended chopping into a short one were incredible. I won't give away too much about the perfect dress she ended up with since the big day isn't here yet, but it's stunning. Meghan has such an eye for what was going to look best on her and fit the vibe of her wedding. We were lucky to happen to be here during their sale, so did get a decent deal on her dress. Though it was still a little pricey, the experience that we had made it well worth it. The overall vibe of the shop is great. You can really tell that everyone that works here loves it, and really strives to give every bride (and her family) an amazing dress shopping experience. Five stars are not enough to describe the experience my daughter and I had at Believe Bridal. Their large inventory of styles and sizes is incredible. This was the first bridal shop that had anything close in size to try on, had gowns that would arrive in a few weeks instead of months, and were within budget. (This was the fourth shop we had been to and had already tried on about 30 dresses.) The lighting is good so you can really pick out the beading and other details. Alexa was her stylist and could not have been more helpful. Alexa chose gowns to try on that reflected the ideas my daughter had as well as some which were very different. We left the appointment unsure that she had found "the one", but came back later in the day to try the favorite dress on again. Making a decision was tough but there was never any pressure. There was just the sense that Alexa really wanted her to confidently say yes to the dress that she felt beautiful in. And that dress is coming in a few weeks! My daughter bought her prom dress here. She had tried it on previously and went without me to purchase. The receipt she presented me with did not match with the amount charged to my credit card. When I called to figure out why I realized that they had added a nearly $60 tip that was not reflected in the total on the receipt. Very shady - my daughter said she was never asked to give a tip. They did reverse the charge but I find it very suspect that the tip would not show up on the receipt total and that they would provide a receipt that didn't match the total credit card charge. We won't be returning to this shop and I warn those who purchase here to check your receipt carefully. read more

Alexa, my granddaughter's consultant, was amazing... intuitive to what my granddaughter wanted in a dress.. patient, went beyond closing to let my granddaughter try on her own Mom's 28 yr. Preserved, wedding dress. Ultimately didn't work for her, but took family pics for us. An amazing consultant! And the choice of dresses were beautiful! Yet comparably priced. I had an amazing experience dress shopping with Alexa. I wasn't quite sure what I was looking for, but she was very intuitive and found some dresses in different styles that were so flattering. Believe Bride has many unique and beautiful dresses, and Alexa found a range of options within my budget and that would be ready in the short timeframe before my wedding date. She was very attentive and patient throughout the appointment, and genuinely excited for me. She even stayed later that day so I could come back and try on a couple dresses one last time before making a decision. I love my dress! The manager Teresa was wonderful as well. Meagan is just too wonderful!!! I made an appointment to try on specific dress, and was met with that dress and more to try on. I was never rushed and was encouraged to look and try on whatever I wanted. Every single question was answered. No one could be there with me so it was just me and the store, and the store SHOWED UP for me. EVERYONE congratulated me and came to express their excitement for me. Pictures were taken so I could share them later. I was never, ever rushed and was able to fully enjoy a special and unexpected moment when I reluctantly put on a dress that caught my eye and it was it! I truly couldn't have had a better experience with Meagan and am thrilled someone so kind helped me to have such a special experience finding my wedding dress. Before we even walked in the door, Believe Bride made sure my daughter felt like an MVP. When we stepped inside she was bombarded by women expressing genuine excitement for her and her recent engagement. Cat was amazing to work with!! My daughter invited a large bridal team and had no idea what she was looking for but Cat did an excellent job of giving her a variety of gowns to try on and quickly got a feel for what she would like. She was very attentive to the needs of the bride but also listened to the rest of her support group and implement everyone's suggestions into the next selection and each dress got progressively more perfect, while still staying within the price range we suggested. Once our bride picked her favorite dress Cat made her try on a few others, just to be sure, before putting her favorite on one more time.
