Hello? I'm a customer sophisticated or not I'd appreciate not being called uncouth while in the shop to spend my money. Between the lack of acknowledgement by employees/owner, the total silence (no music or anything) in the background and the uncomfortable feeling of shopping in total silence added to the fact customers are considered unsophisticated I'd personally shop elsewhere.
