1.22.26: I ordered some things online through the Kohls.com website, but when it arrived everything was all to small. I came to this Kohl's store to exchange my items. Sonja was the customer service rep that assisted and helped me with the return/exchange. Sonja did an outstanding job, was kind and patient with me, and worked her magic even when the computer system tried to yell at her. She made my exchange really easy and I appreciate that! Sonja is quick and efficient and an asset to this store. read more

Kohl's - Shout out to CSR Sonja, she does a great job! - Department Stores Near Me - COEUR D ALENE, Idaho

In the store today and was giving the cashier my thoughts on the new checkout and how much it will deter me from shopping there. The cashier lady next to ours says, "What ever." I was shocked and repeated what she said and then she tried to clean it up. No matter what it didn't get any better. She said "Yeah it's hard on us too. We can say something but it does no good." The best thing to do is just say I will let management know how you feel.... I've spent thousands of dollars there and doubt I will go back now anytime soon. Just talked to my aunt about the new style checkout and she hates it too.. It seems like you're herding livestock. read more

Review based on over a dozen visits from ver past three years. Over past three years, thru pandemic (supply constraints), to poor customer service, employees always heard complaining, to merchandise in wrong locations, wrinkled etc. From 2019-current the Kohl's corporation changed thru many clothing products from good quality to cheap, back to quality but not of 2019. 15 years ago, this department store chain was well managed from corporation to the local store. Christmas of 2022, I entered this store and couldn't find wrapping paper. I POLITELY asked a 30 year old (turned out to be supervisor) where I could find wrapping paper. She raised her voice said, "It hasn't been unloaded." I thought, I'm done with this age group attitude. I said, well I came in a few days ago and was told the same. She says, well I don't think it will be unloaded until after Christmas. I was quiet...I turned and walked out. I ordered wrapping paper from Amazon. I came into the store last week, and the quality of clothing is just not good. I bought one item as a present. Three stars for store and two stars for corporate executives who thought they'd change quality and sizes to their age group. This is why your stock tanked. read more

1st of all it's a great store, clean, Comfortable and sells help that'll help you I started going there for returns for Amazon. It is so easy I don't even go to the UPS store anymore. There's one near you go to it it's worth it. read more

After being a Kohl's customer for 20 years, today I made the decision to never step foot in their store again. Kohl's has gone downhill over the past couple of years and I am finally DONE. Look at the reviews. Only one positive one since early 2016. Today, I was treated with such disregard and met with a manager who was willing to do NOTHING to help me. Absolutely NOTHING. Every solution I came up with was turned down. After sending me a horrible product I ordered online, I went into the store to return it. The product I ordered was supposed to be a bath rug but it was thinner than a washcloth from the Dollar Store. The quality was insulting. I cannot imagine stepping out of a shower onto this. I'd be better off with a towel on the floor. So, when I tried to return it, they told me that because I got Kohl's cash with my large order (that included 7 other items that I kept), that they were only going to give me $3 for a $40 product. They were going to take back every single dollar I earned in Kohl's cash, in ACTUAL cash from my pocket. I was appalled. Shouldn't you pro-rate it and only take away the amount this one product would take away from the sale? Nope. Kohl's takes it ALL. I suggested just giving me store credit rather than a refund. Nope. The store manager wouldn't do that. I then suggested letting me go find a bath rug I liked better and doing an exchange. Nope. They wouldn't even do an exchange. They would not do a single thing to remedy the situation. NOTHING!!! I will NEVER spend another dollar at that store. I will be filing a BBB complaint about the scam they are running with their Kohl's cash return system. Nobody should be treated the way I was treated. Please avoid this store at all costs. They do NOT deserve your business. read more

This is a very nice Kohl's! I really enjoy shopping here. Always have great sales going! I was just here tonite and all of their summer clothes are 80 percent off plus whatever coupons you may have, and if you put the sale on you're kohl's credit card you get an extra 15 percent off of the already amazing total!! I love it! read more

Awesome store with fabulous staff to assist in finding items. Had a great shop & saved a lot of $$ Thanks, Kohls, Missoula! read more

Merchandise is over priced and very poor verity. Very rare I can find something I need.

Today's experience at Kohl's CDA was perhaps the worst shopping experience I've had in my life. The place had the atmosphere of a morgue. I needed help in men's clothing and there was NONE to be found! Nor was there any after 30+ minutes of trying find the right size. I finally got an "acceptable" item on my own and hiked down to check out. The cashier was taken back at my response to her inevitable question about my "shopping experience" which the reader already knows about. But instead of an apology, the lady wanted me to know that the store was severely understaffed due to corporate malpractice and she desperately needed her job. She said in the future I should alert the cashier's station and wait for someone from a distant corner of this enormous emporium to show up. Well, that won't be necessary because there is no power on earth that could persuade me to do business in this store again. Kohl's is on life support as corporate entity anyway and I can see why. read more

Great store with a fabulous selection! I never went to Kohl's much before simply because it's not super close to my house. I always find great clothing and with the coupons and Kohl's cash, it's fun! I go there more now due to returning Amazon merchandise. It is pretty nice and works well for them because I always shop a little afterwards. There is an older employee who seems pretty annoyed to have to deal with the Amazon returns, but everyone else has been really nice. Whenever I have to return things from Amazon, I just hope she's not there. I have learned she seems to work evenings so I try to go earlier in the day. I think she's ready for retirement. read more

I frequently shop at Kohls in DC, Texas and whenever I travel with my family or friends. This has got to be the nicest Kohl's I've ever been to. Extremely clean, very orderly, not at all claustrophobic. I was greeted by multiple staff, helped in the clothing and shoe departments, helped in the fitting rooms... In most Kohl's locations you are very much on your own and will have to do a lot of sorting and scouring to find good deals. I was in and out, left with two work outfits and the bride I was photographing found a reception dress in record time. And naturally, everything was on sale!! Happy customers! read more

Oh! Bags! Shoes! No, I need new bathtowels! Clearance Clearance Clearance !!! This location is HUGE. Set in its own little corner off HWY 95, it has MULTIPLE entrances (that's fancy here) and two entrances to walk into the front only. I was greeted promptly but not hovered over. Everything was in a neat and orderly fashion. Ha, kinda a pun there right? :) Music was nice, didn't have my mom and I screaming at each other. I hate when Im shopping with her and we get somewhere so loud and I see her whole demeanor change. God bless her, I get annoyed at 30cough cough cough, who KNOWS what its gonna be like then! ANYWAYS, thank Kohls for not making my mom grumpy and me depressed that Im gonna get older and die someday. My mom and I shopped and hit up the clearance which sizes were on the right hanger in the right section. So much easier to shop. Nice big selection right now with spring summer stuff coming, but really I ALWAYS find they have awesome things in every clearance section. I LOVE their pj section. They have the best sets. Capri bottoms with tanks, long flowy bottoms with tees. Soft. Cute prints, and a thick, secured, drawstring that wont get away from ya while you toss and turn only to be lost in the waistband land. Yup. I typed that. #drawstringtruth Shoes - LOTS to choose from, but omgosh, I could NOT imagine being there when its crowded. The isles are kinda small. Don't be 'that guy' w a carts or strollers in the isle. It was a Tuesday afternoon not a Saturday , so it wasn't that crowded. Digital Price tags on the shoes. That was new & ncool. So much for feeling older ;) Jk Got to check out and Rob was SUPER nice, in a non creepy way and when he asked if we had coupons that 'mom face' happened again as she realized she forgot hers at the house... he hooked it up. We saved ANOTHER $39 ! booya! read more

Love shopping at kohls so much that I have a rewards card and I use coupons all the time. I'm so happy they expanded there beauty area. It took quite awhile but they finally got it up and going. So awesome that they carry PUR cosmetics and The Balm. Ooooo and so far they r the only ones that carry Earth Therapeutics cosmetic brushes that r really awesome! Shoes r on a huge sale right now cuz they r trying to get rid of last yrs inventory. Ooooo I can't wait to go back in and get me some stuff. read more

Other than jeans. Most of there product is very low end. Shoes are terrible. Stuff all over the place. Can never find my size and I am pretty normal size. Not happy people read more

The manager was very rude they messed up on my transaction & treated me like a criminal.

This store is always a mess and the stock is spotty at best. I had very rude "service" there from someone who clearly didn't want to be there and didn't want me there either. I have also had trouble with returns, and corporate response is non existent. read more

The customer service is a nightmare! The floor help are nice but the store managers! I tried to buy a Dyson V11. Not that easy. After three days of trying we ordered directly from Dyson. It's very difficult to spend money here if you are not buying a blouse that is in stock!! Not my first problem. In fact I've stopped shopping here in the past. read more

This store was such a disorganized mess it left me with anxiety. Clothing in the women's section was thrown on shelves, not folded. Items were shoved into racks so haphazardly that there were things all over on the floor. The perfume section was so unorganized I couldn't tell men's from women's or what tester went with what box. The shoe section was equally disastrous. I was given a $250 gift card but bought nothing here. I will drive the extra 25 miles to go to a Kohl's store that doesn't look like it just got wreck d by a tornado. read more

After calling in to the store to verify they would be price-matching on Black Friday I was refused a price-match in-store and given no explanation or apology. The first of a couple absolutely abysmal customer service interactions I had with them. read more

Kohl's prices are the best! Every time I go in there, it seems like whatever I buy is already discounted. Then when I get to the checkout the sales clerk gives me a coupon for an additional 15% to 30% more off my purchase. The staff members are always cheerful and helpful, the stores are always clean and I always found something I want whenever I go in. Love this place! read more

They let men into the women's dressing rooms and they don't give you your buy online pick up in store orders. I went in there today to get my order & the sales lady went into the back & had another woman go with her. Then that second woman came back & said that my order was in but they needed 2 hours to "process" it. Then she told me to sit down & wait. EXCUSE YOU? Hell no. I don't care if her boyfriend dumped her, she didn't get promoted, her football team lost a game WHATEVER I DON'T CARE! You have no right to tell someone to sit down & wait two hours because you're in a bad mood. I'm shopping at Macy's from now on. read more

Absolutely one of the best stores I have ever been a part of! I Love having a Kohl's card and getting all the amazing deals and coupons they offer. What other place does things like this?
