Beyond the online presence, my in-store experiences have also been disappointing. On more than one occasion, employees have failed to greet or acknowledge me, and I have stood at the counter waiting for assistance while staff members walked by without engaging. Although many staff members appear to be high school students, which is not inherently problematic, a basic level of attentiveness and customer service is expected and doesn't go unnoticed.
