Went in the day before Christmas Eve and it was busy as you would expect. I don't expect anywhere to be very quick around here but I was in a pretty long line and I was in and out super quick. I drove from the tri cities with my family for my bday and intended on a doing a little shopping spree here but quickly changed my mind. No one greeted me when I came in and it was hard to find stuff . The employees weren't busy or helping anyone and continued to just stare at me but not offer any help. After about 10 mins of awkward stares I decided to leave and shop online they definitely need to retrain there employees. read more

Don't get me wrong, I love this store but the customer service when you go in is terrible. I feel like I go in about once a week and every time me and my boyfriend go in no one helps us out and they just kind of ignore us but like watch us if yk what I mean. The value of the clothes has definitely gone down hill. I have gotten multiple pairs of the align leggings all that seem to wear out with in a month. Just stopped in to buy a little workout towel and the service was kind and quick and exceptional! The woman working at the cashiers stand was so helpful and made sure all my needs were met as I was browsing and during checkout (with a wonderfully upbeat attitude and an Incredibly kind demeanor). I'm happy we have a lulu store in Spokane. While I believe in cheaper pricing, you cannot go wrong with their quality. The things I have bought here have lasted me years. I'll buy probably one thing per year because it is really outrageously expensive. I will probably have a completed outfit by next year. The jackets and the sports bras I own are really great. The material is superb and the hold is great. I appreciate that the staff is attentive and knows the product. I also love the shopping bags you leave with. I've used mine as a lunch bag for forever. Lastly, the amount of involvement that this store has with the community is awesome. The yoga summer series. The teaming up with local athletic shops and stuff is definitely appreciated. read more

I've been to a handful of lululemons around the United States and this location is by far the most smallest & unorganized store. If I wanted to shop at Ross or TJ Maxx I would but align is my go too for workout wear. The young ladies were helpful only because I had to ask multiple times if "this" design was available in the store. The back wall where all the different cuts are located was a hot mess. The leggings were just a mess even my daughter had made the same comment. I still left with a pair for myself and daughter but I don't think I will ever go back to the Spokane location. I hope after reading this review the Spokane location will clean up the back wall and make it easier to shop. read more

Love the selection of course! I have gone a couple of times but won't be returning. I don't know if it's because of how I look or the color of my skin but it's a hit or a miss on the employees and last time I was in there the woman acted disgusted when I tried to put some clothes back on the rack. LOVE lulu lemons but this location has been the hardest to shop at... and you can NEVER get ahold of them. You get the voicemail almost every single time and it's not very good customer service in my opinion. Never had this issue with other stores. read more

There are few times in life when you get service from a place and you are inspired to the point that you feel you need to write a review about it. Today, i visited lululemon athletica, as my boyfriend wanted to get me a nice pair of yoga pants for my birthday. Cole helped me pick out the perfect pair, and his kindness and warmth were so genuine and unexpected, i have never been so pleased leaving a retail store. These people are so caring and truly interested in how their products can make your life better. Thank you to Cole and the rest of the lululemon staff for making me feel so welcome. I know that you have stores in 23 countries but you would never know that walking in to the Spokane location. It feels like the only one and they'll make you feel like you're the only one in the entire store! read more

The salesmen and women were too pushy and familiar. I went in looking for a specific shirt that was sold out, and they tried to sell me on the same style but a really weird color. Across the street at Athletha: same scenario but they gave me my space in the dressing room (no nagging/repetitive "how's it going in there?!!") and ordered a sold out piece for me online while I was in store. How is it that they were SO friendly but failed on the sale? I ended up ordering online and likely won't be back to this location. read more

Honestly, i like lululemon products and i've been to other stores where the employees are great! but, at this location they're pushy, rude to people that don't look "rich", and have lied to customers about their return policy on multiple occasions. also, i've worked in retail and you deal with a lot of people being rude to you every day, but this is a little ridiculous. i've had friends go in with items that are a couple years old that are ripping at the seam, which is covered in their warranty (they weren't older than 5 years old) and the store said they were too old to exchange or even repair, of course customer service didn't say that, they said they would send her a new item. i've also had items that were around 6 months old start to unravel at the seams (they were not too small) and they told me that it was "regular wear and tear" and customer service had me mail them in (they covered the costs) repaired the seam and sent it back to me read more

Oh lululemon I love you! Seriously the best sports bras money can buy and if you look hard enough you may find some items on sale! This is the first lulu store I have EVER been to that has items on sale; that is a huge added bonus as lululemon can leave quite a dip in your pocket book. The staff was accommodating and polite, they are willing to go above and beyond to be sure that you have the best experience possible. As soon a I have some extra cash I will head back over and spend a decent chunk of money at this location. BEST SPORTS/YOGA wear that money can buy; hands down:-) read more

I love Lululemon and their clothing. Too expensive but worth a splurge once in a while :) this store is okay, honestly felt judged when I walked in which I don't think I'm suppose to feel. The staff seems stuck up but they are pretty nice. Wasn't greeted or anything and the staff just stood around and chatted which was annoying. My most recent visit I came in looking for a particular shirt and the saleswomen were extremely helpful. Love lululemon and their clothing but the staff here isn't the greatest. I've been wearing lululemon for years and love lifting in the wonder unders. So, I came in for a couple of these and a girl asked what type of exercise I do and recommend I try some running crops. Bought a pair, hated them- had to pull up constantly since they are loose around my waist but were uncomfortably tight on my butt (squatting was uncomfortable as hell). Of course, I can't return them because I did wear them but haven't worn them since. Anyway, fast forward a few months, I come in again and another girl asks the same question as I'm looking at the wonder under crops and suggests the same style running crops once again. I tell her I've tried them and wasn't a fan but she keeps trying to push them on me. Was pretty annoyed, I'm not stupid and know what I like. Shopping online from here on out. read more

My son and I went in last week to try on a few items. We had recently been to a Lululemon in Portland and Scottsdale and bought several things and were very happy with the staff and items purchased. We are a military family and had received a discount at both the out of town stores. When I went to purchase a shirt for my son, my hometown Lulu would not honor our military discount. I was told because the shirt was for my son and not my husband, if I had said it was for my husband she would have given me the discount. I explained two other stores, in two different states, had given us the discount on our entire purchase. She reiterated I should have said it was for my husband. My takeaway.... she wanted me to lie to receive a 15% discount, they offer a 25% discount if you are in a "running club" but serving in the armed services "club" is only worth 15% and Spokane gives a military discount in a very inconsistent way (compared to other stores) if they feel like it and I guess Spokane does not feel like it. Love the selection of the new store. Some of the staff are friendly. The manager is nice. I am unhappy about having to wait over a month and a half to get my pants hemmed. It's a little excessive, and not usual for lululemon. The woman that hands you your pants from hemming needs to check the attitude. Flinging a bag at you is not very polite. read more

I really love this store and the staff, especially my girl Ande! They are always really friendly and helpful, I don't find questions about my personal style and exercise rude or nagging..like other customers apparently do.
