Animals who are trapped in the wild can suffer for days from blood loss, shock, dehydration, frostbite, gangrene, and attacks by predators. They may be caught in steel-jaw traps that slam down on their legs, often cutting to the bone; Conibear traps, which crush their necks with 90 pounds of pressure per square inch. They certainly don't need to sell fur at Escape Outdoors. I will never buy anything at this horrible store that support animal cruelty.

Customers shouldn't have to pay shipping and handling fees to return defective items, especially when purchasing a premium brand like Canada Goose. For an item that is advertised at full price, the customer expects the item to be in "pristine" condition. All 4 employees grumbling about what they were doing. Not one even did so much as make eye contact with me for the entire 34 minutes I stood there. I picked out a scope base and scope rings. I left the scope rings and bass on the counter right over top of the scope I had wanted to purchase. I've never had a worse experience at a business in my entire life. There's no excuses for not even acknowledging someone's presence. I've bought many guns and spent a ton of money at North 40 but won't be in the future. North 40s prices are great and I thought I'd give my business to a brick and mortar versus ordering online. With what I experienced today I'm convinced Midway USA will get me my product quicker. The staff has always been helpful and nice. Someone tended to the athletic shoes dept who actually knew what they were talking about. Honestly, this is more than I expected from an affordable sports store. We are glad they are there and will continue to support them when we don't need the high end sports equipment.

That would have been a Perfectly acceptable and easy response instead of being so rude that you had to explain what kind of loss your not willing to take instead of wanting a satisfied customer.
