The alterations were very speedy too and they do them right there in the store for jackets and pants. Shannon did an amazing job with us and helped walk us through everything we needed and needed to know about our tuxes and helping us match our color swatches to the perfect colors for the tuxes, vests ties and bow ties. They even stayed in contact with me to keep me updated on who hadn't been in for measurements. Tuxedo Gallery definitely helped eliminate some of our stress for our wedding day.

This business has poor management and loyalty to local customers. After 9 years of being a local…read morecustomer, upon returning an item for a store credit, (as I understood their return policy) I was only given a partial credit back to the store. I questioned it, with the owner, who happened to be at the store. I was later told that the manager said I only received credit for the money I spent and would not be receiving the money that I earned in their so called loyalty program back. After having spent $1,000 at their store over the years, I apparently received a $50 credit to use at checkout. I was so excited as I didn't even know it existed! When I brought one of the items back that I purchased, to get a store credit, so I could get something else from their store, the manager said that I was given a "gift" of $50 and lost that when I brought the item back. It would have been nice of them to tell me I could exchange it for the same amount that was spent, but they never said anything. I'm not sure how they figure that into their "loyalty" credit, but was saddened by the disloyalty I received after having shopped there for so many years. They apparently care more about keeping $50 than they do earning $1,000. I still can't wrap my head around it. However, it left such a bad taste in my mouth that I won't be giving them my business. It's a small town and word gets around, when customers aren't treated with respect. As their sister store, Sage, is run by the same family, I also won't be supporting their business anymore. Sad day, as Just Because was my favorite boutique in the area.

All three women who helped me with my fittings and alterations were absolutely wonderful. I couldn't believe the price of everything when they told me my total, their work was worth so much more. As a bride, I am so beyond grateful it was so affordable but I know they deserve more than that so make sure to tip them well! They altered the bodice of my mom's old wedding dress to make it more my style and fit me like a glove and then made me a custom skirt to replace her wine stained one. My dress was so perfect and I have friends who said they may come from out of state just to work with such an amazing shop for their big day. I didn't think I'd be the person who cried when I found the dress... but I absolutely did! A huge thank you to the owner and the wonderful Jolette for helping me find my perfect dress. They made the entire experience so special, and I'll never forget it. I went to Cloud Nine Bridal with a dress that I purchased in California and it needed to be hemmed…read moremaybe 2 inches shorter. Makayla did such an excellent and thorough job, getting me in for two separate fittings, with just weeks to go before the ceremony (out of town). She really took her time and made sure every detail was paid attention to, bustling me up to make sure everything evenly touched the ground and the train was still intact, etc. She even recorded a video of herself doing up the bustle and talking through it so I could show my maid of honor the morning of the wedding so there was no confusion. Something else that she did that I was really touched by was that she saved all the lace trimmings from the alterations and kept them in the bag with the dress. I ended up wrapping this lace around my bouquet and it matched everything so perfectly, and added a little bridal touch! Again, I was not expecting that and it just shows how she thinks of everything. Also, the cost to get it altered was extremely reasonable, which was a breath of fresh air, considering every other vendor seemingly likes to triple the cost of anything when you say the word "wedding." Altogether I was super happy with my experience and I will be recommending this place to every Idaho bride that I know.
