So I tried calling this store to ask an important question and they would not answer there phones so I tried every department and nothing not an answer. I tried calling the other Walmarts in my area and did the same and non of the Walmarts answered me at all. I came here to this Walmart Supercenter for the auto care department to repair a single tire. What typically should have been a thirty-minute ordeal at the most an hour on a Wednesday turned into 4 hours (zero exaggeration). The auto department was managed by one employee who was frustrated and partly projected her angst and anxiety onto me in the process. Although, she was handling 15 customers at a time consistently I was able to witness her exert patience in her predicament continuously. After waiting for the alert to come through via text for a good long while I attempted for the 4th time to check in to find out that not only had my tire been lying out in the mechanical workspace on the floor but also that the representative had been notified my tire "according to the mechanic" was irreplaceable. Therefore my time was not disregarded but the employees do not return the expensive cover that I had covering the tire to keep it protected and from messing up the interior of the Lyft that I had to take to get there. I had to ask for a cover tire that was cheap and flimsy. Now fast-forward to the representative researching to see if there was another tire available to purchase to be met with the attitude of her projecting her feelings that she was being inconvenienced to properly service a customer and made it known in front of other customers. This was the same employee who had treated others with a complete respect and apologies for the inconvenience. Not to mention she commented in front of my child that she had wanted to kick and punch one of the customers in the face. All the while saying that she knows it would hurt because she's a kickboxer. The Auto Center's Manager was rude, condescending, inefficient and swore at me. When I asked why every single thing I had told him, he kept saying I was wrong: I didn't have an appt. I did. The tire I waited on for 3 weeks wasn't there. It was. The tire had not been prepaid. It had. The disposal fee hadn't been paid. It had. When we got to the disposal fee, I lost it and raised my voice after asking why he wasn't listening and kept telling me facts were untrue after I had told him several times. He blamed everyone and thing for his errors, even saying "a manager from the front of the store had been 'fucking' with his computers and it was 'pissing him off'. Earlier, he had said the whole day had been a 'shit show'. A few minutes later he overheard me refer to it as shit show. Then he started yelling at me, stating if I kept it up he was going to deny me service. I asked based on what? So he turned around, pointed at his picture and the name tag on it. "Auto Center Manager". He goes by "H" I own stock in WalMart. That makes ME a part owner, not him. I went to the front desk to complain and was told there was no manager in the store. When I got home I called the assistant store manager and he said he would review the security footage and call me back. He never did. AND the tire was not installed correctly. Refused to exchange, female manager helped us purchase it like that. Whatever, you do dont order for pick up, they take your cash.. I don't normally write a review for Walmart but my experience with this Walmart was wonderful. Most of the cashiers are super nice everyone seems to know where everything is at which is helpful but what changed my whole attitude about Walmart in general was an employee named H. We were struggling to find a Christmas tree in a decent price range and I knew I should've boughten one earlier but failed to do so because I didn't think most of the trees would be gone. Well H helped us with a tree and gave us a discount and just helped my family have a tree for the holidays. So thank you H! I hope they give you a raise for your amazing customer service ! read more

I took my 97 Chevy in for a oil change which I've done for years.. after the change with in 300 miles I have a massive oil leak. I check the oil and it was over a gallon plus over full. I got told they could never do that. but they a drauned it and looked for a leak. I ended up taking to allsport and they found that the seal on the intake was pushed off from over filling it with oil. They basically didnt change the oil they just added the new oil. . The filter was old too . I was told this is common mistake but walmart said they have never seen this before. So I'm out 750 dollars and walmart keeps dodge my complaint. . I've seen more action inside this store and better oddities compared to the carnival. The late night crowd is another review all in itself. You ever needed to fulfill some strange kidnapping role play? This is the only store you can buy a chain saw, rope, coveralls, boots, shovel, forestry map and an alibi that wont hold water! As for the people watching keep your eyes peeled for the broad-spectrum of folks wandering the huge aisles of the local walley world. I would rate a zero if I could. Ordered a TV using pickup today only to have my order delayed till 1/9. When I called on to find out the gal on the phone made it sound like it was no big deal that their inventory must be off and they don't have that item in the store. I had purchased several items at the spokane valley, Washington Walmart to the point they were sold out. The teller advised me that the same product was in stock at the post falls, Idaho store. I drove to the post falls store to buy more since my landscape project I was doing would need more of this item to finish. To my surprise the product which I purchased at $3 a bag was now $4.98 a bag. I had no choice but to get the bags in post falls but thought that since it was less than an hour from my last purchase for $3 a bag in the valley Walmart they would honor their own store pricing.....especially since i was directed to drive to this other store to purchase the remainder of my needed items from them. At checkout is when I was most disappointed in my interactions with Walmart. The teller who helped me was in fact very nice and helpful but the manager on duty that was called over was very rude. Talking down to me and acted as though i was merely a bothersome to her and wasting her time with me question of matching price. It was told to me that they do not match pricing on products that are sold in their own stores. I still don't understand how that wouldn't be possible since it is their own stores and I was directed from one store that I bought until they sold out to go to this other store to get the rest of my needed item. read more

Had a horrible experience at the Post Falls Walmart today. I couldn't believe it. There was an elderly lady giving away free cookie samples. I had the three grandkids with me and they were being so good. They asked me if they could have one and I said yes since they had been so good while we were grocery shopping. She was placing the cookies on a platter in rows. The one in the front was broken so my 5 year old reached for the next cookie and this woman slapped his hand. Unbelievable! I stopped for a moment and walked away and then went back and let her have it. Who in the hell does she think she is?! She apologized and told me she doesn't like it when people reach over her cookies and they are all the same so they should take the first one. I told her I don't care what she doesn't like and she better never lay a hand on someone else's children. I also complained to the manager when I left. Manager apologized and said she will be dealt with. DON'T MESS WITH MY GRAND BABIES!!!! I will be checking back to make sure she was dealt with! read more

I have shopped at this Walmart since it opened. I do love the convenience of being able to do "one stop shopping". I am not liking the big change around of the items though. Now I spend twice as long in the store but I can handle that. I do agree that some of the employees need to work on their customer service. If you see someone looking around trying to find something, ask them if you can help. Maybe printing out maps of the store and items and having them when you walk in would be a big help. For the most part, I love this Walmart. Have been in all of them and feel most comfortable in this one. Agreed there are a few things that could be improved on. read more

I took a set of wheels and tires to have mounted and balanced at the auto center, I got a call after about a half hour that they couldn't do the mount and balance because the size of my wheels and tires was too big for them to handle without potentially damaging the wheels. For the record my small VW hatchback has 225/40R18 tires, they are far from the largest tires or lowest profile tires on the planet, and are a fairly common size among many makes and models, but apparently they are too large for the folks at Walmart to handle. read more

Counting self-check portals, there are 27 total registers at the front of this store. I have never been in there when more than 9 total registers were being used. They routinely leave half of the self-check portals turned off despite lines that wait 10 to 15 minutes. This is the worst managed Walmart store I've been in. read more

They have the worst customer service ever! I have never been happy with their customer service but last night took the icing off the cake. They messed up and they were rude to me and didnt even try to do anything to right their wrong even after I got management involved- which is totally out of character for me, I never raise a fuss but I did this time. Visited a Wal-mart Store in Wichita, KS and was jolted with a rolled up rubber mat -- did not fall but the jolt did cause knee pain. Phoned the store rep and was connected with Wal-mart Office in Little Rock, Arkansas. The Rep's attitude was that I was on trial -- she demanded my social security number, what I was wearing that day, how many times I shopped that month, did I inform the managers right way, etc. -- she had NO compassion at all about my pain, etc. The rep also informed me that I would be recorded and have allow this as well. About 3 weeks later, the rep also demanded to know the exact date and time -- I did not have it immediately available BUT later discovered that she did have reference to the date of the accident anyway. Then the Rep informed me that she WOULD CALL me the next day. The Rep did NOT call me the next day -- it took several days and a message to her supervisor and then, finally, the Rep did call to state that Wal-mart would NOT pay for anything, including my pain and that Wal-mart NEVER pays Medical anyway... (Then, why did this Rep demand my social security number, anyway -- isn't asking for a social security number when reporting an accident illegal???) read more
