This pharmacy is unconscionably slow to fill prescriptions. You get the same "the recording doesn't know what's happening in our pharmacy" every time. They tell you it won't be ready for "several hours" and if you live out of town, it's a huge problem. Whether it's a lack of pharmacy staff, or incompetent help somewhere, it needs to change NOW. read more

They are terrible. They don't ever want to use our insurance. Blue cross! Really! They never have our meds and they are common meds. Meds are never ready. We can never pick it up. We all always at least 1 week behind on our meds no matter when we request them! read more

They need to do whatever it takes to get more staff in the pharmacy. Trying to get even common prescriptions has become a multi day effort, and after waiting on hold 50 minutes to talk to a staff member my call was disconnected once it rang through. I know they have an automated system and app, but in this case neither system was recognizing my daughter's information. Now, my baby has been waiting 24 hours for a prescription for his open diaper rash and they said they are "hoping" to have it done by this evening. On more than one occasion, Pharmacy personnel not particularly easy to work with on vaccines (can be dismissive, argumentative and unwilling to do any investigation regarding benefits and copays) and waits for vaccines can be extensive. Poor communication from techs and support personnel. I generally find their pharmacists to be pleasant. Waiting area and treatment rooms are FILTHY. read more

Everyone is overworked everywhere you go at every pharmacy you will find lines. The reason they get the five stars is because all of the pharmacy techs are kind and they work as hard as they possibly can they are short-staffed but they are always nice and helpful and they don't judge me for my medications. The cashiers in the store and the photo center are all very very nice and I'm sure underpaid the prices are a little high, should be lower but that's not the workers fault. LOVe LOVE LOVE the drive thru..... I hate curbside pickup those poor people have to go outside in the snow in the rain why can't everybody just have a drive-thru? read more

Walgreens Pharmacy Post Falls. They are seriously understaffed as are most businesses these days. Call, get into a system of being on hold for an hour, then instead of a voice picking up, I get redirected into a survey. This has happened multiple times. I decide it might be easier to show up to make a personal request for my mom's prescription and there is a line almost to Seltice. I do feel sorry for the staff. Appear to be frustrated, venting to customers, and the like. They should get another Walgreens in Rathdrum or competitor company, CVS in the area or figure out a way to fix this. They don't seem to train RX staff. Most instances, seem clueless and rude. The more clueless, the more rude. Once, a lady actually refused to look up the phone number for the pharmacy I was transferring a prescription from (local). She told me to get it myself and call her back. The only reason I go here is the nifty drive through. As long as I don't have to talk to the staff, it's fine, convenient, the window people have been pleasant, easy to deal with. read more

I made an online appointment today to get a flu shot at the Walgreens in Post Falls, Idaho. I walked into the store a few minutes early, there was a line of about 10 people waiting to pick up prescriptions. I went up to the counter and told them that I had an appt. They told me that I would have to wait in line. I waited 30 minutes before I made it to the counter. I was then told that they don't do flu shots. I asked why you can sign up for a flu shot? I also asked why you would have to wait in line when you had an appt. They blamed it on corporate. read more

The guy with the purple hair was the most helpful, patient and kind associate I have ever encountered at any Walgreens location. He was also very knowledgeable and was able to use sign language to communicate with a hearing impaired customer! Impressive! Kudos to the Walgreens Manager for this hire! read more

This place has become an absolute nightmare. The drive thru pharmacy line extends out into Seltice on most days or wraps around the north side of the building. Picking up a prescription inside is not much easier and you can expect a long wait unless you're first in line when they open. Today, while trying to move my prescriptions to another pharmacy I was put on hold for close to an hour, only to be told that they never got the fax from the new pharmacy. They had sent one of my prescriptions to the new pharmacy so they got some kind of fax. I have been a good customer for 20 years but until I see some improvements, I won't be back. read more

I can't wait 1-3 hours in your ridiculous lines 2-3 times per month when I need my life saving prescriptions. You don't even answer your phones anymore at the PF branch so I couldn't even get my prescriptions transferred to a different pharmacy that HAS their shit together. When I called the Coeur d'Alene branch to get THEM to transfer my prescriptions to said different pharmacy, I was told "I don't have time, call post falls Walgreens." And then they hung up on me when I was in the middle of explaining that I can't do that because PF Walgreens wasn't answering and lines were so long, I'd be waiting for HOURS. My NEW pharmacy can't get a hold of anyone to transfer my meds to be filled. What is there a pharmacy tech shortage now?? Or is your company just not hiring a sufficient amount of staff to smoothly meet demands?? Oh ya and you're only operating one of your two drive through lanes all the while the cars are lined up around the entire building. Get your shit together, Walgreens! read more

Horrible, Horrible experience. This is by far the worst run Walgreens Store and Pharmacy I have ever worked with. I am a healthcare provider and have been placed on hold twice for over 39 minutes. The poor pharmacist seemed nice however very over worked. I canced both patient's prescriptions and sent them else where. read more

Second time back for a prescription that was faxed over by KH. KH faxed it two different times a couple weeks apart. Walgreens in Post Falls Idaho still supposedly has no record of it. I want to give this business NO stars. Two weeks ago I made an appt for a flu shot. I showed up 10 min before my appt, there was a long line at the pharmacy. I went to the front of the store and asked the clerk (who was wearing his mask AROUND HIS NECK, BTW!!!) where I needed to go for my flu vaccine. He said to go to the pharmacy window and tell the pharmacist that I had an appt. When the pharmacist finally came to the window she informed me it would be at least a 45 minute wait! There was a line almost the length of an aisle where most people were NOT wearing masks, nor were they distancing. Plus, I have no way of knowing how many of those people were vaccinated! THIS is the business that sells "health?" Shame on Walgreens!!!!!! Walgreens is totally irresponsible and unconcerned about anyone's health. When I spoke to the store manager, his response was basically a shoulder shrug. While I understand the nature of unforeseen circumstances, Walgreens could have called me BEFORE I arrived to offer to reschedule but apparently their customers don't rate even that small consideration IN A PANDEMIC!! If I could give this place zero stars I would. I was here at 4:30 to pick up my RX. I was told it would be ready at 5:30. I came back at 7:30 and it still wasn't ready and was asked to pull over to the waiting area so they could get it ready. This is the 2nd time I've had to go through this with Walgreens. On Thursday night I came into Walgreens to buy a six pack of beer. My friend who drove me down to the store came in the store with me. When I got up to make my purchase, the woman at checkout said she would need my drivers license and also the license of the friend who was with me. I said why would you need his license and she responded "This is Company Policy." She would not sell beer without both licenses and said she would need manager approval. The manager tried to cover for employee saying this was a new policy, the employee responded "This has always been the Policy." I am over 60 years of age and No One at Walgreens has ever needed my License. Your store sells alcohol so I didn't get being Hassled and given a Big Attitude. I have been a customer since Walgreens opened and have never had a complaint. The Woman caught an attitude as soon as she saw I was buying beer. I want to keep going to Walgreens but don't want to feel like a criminal for buying something your store sells. read more
