Waited four months to get a walker and it ripped within the first week I thought that was unacceptable. I hardly used has the manager failed to provide adequate or even but equipment itself was crap. You cannot access this except for one ramp that actually on both dangerous to use for handicap people. How can a mobility equipment store that services handicap people be inaccessible or dangerous to access in a wheelchair and still be meeting legal to operat? when I tried to tell the staff about my struggle to get into the facility, a very young employee noted that they bought the business that way in a very rude manner as if she was personally responsible for it, and took offense at me being struggling to get into the building. This is unacceptable for a business that specifically sells mobility equipment for handicap people or people with injuries.

This whole mess started when I received a past due notice (when I never received the 1st bill) for items that were picked up a long time ago in Nov of 2012. My only saving grace is dealing with the manager Heath. He was not pushy on the phone like previous CSR reps. which allowed me to remain calm, he listened to my frustration and offered a solution. Long story short I am still fighting the bill all because lincare lost the pick up slip from Jan 2012. I was not offered options when I needed the oxygen. If I ever need oxygen again it will not be from this place.
