I was nervous about delivery because I can have bad reactions if exposed to certain smells, chemicals, colognes, etc. The manager, Mark, took the time to call me and talk to me about the concerns I had with scents, and what I would come into contact with. He assured me the person coming to my home would be scent free. The nice gentleman who delivered my equipment was punctual, kind, unscented, any taught me the workings of my machine easily. I felt protected by this company that they cared about my health, as well as doing a good job delivering. read more

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. I have dealing with a billing issue since Jan 2026 and it's almost June 2026. I've called multiple times relaying the info from my insurance that they need to re-bill under the correct NPI. They billed incorrectly and I was charged out of network service. I spoke with several different customer reps who promise this is their busy time and it would be escalated. I called 8 days ago and the rep told me they were waiting for my insurance to get back with them. When I asked what could possibly take so long they said there are long wait times and I could call myself. I replied I have called and got the information for you and your correct NPI and asked if we could do a 3 way. He reported no I could call on my own. After he told me he had to speak with upper management and he put me on hold. Then I asked to speak to upper management and he stated they weren't in office yet and I could leave a voicemail. I left a voicemail and still no call back. Do yourself a favor and find a different company!!! Stay away from Norco Medical!! read more

Place is an absolute joke. Been waiting on my CPAP for over a month. When I call in nobody ever answers and takes days to call back. I'd reccomend going elsewhere for your CPAP and welding supplies. read more

My wife, with her doctor, chose Norco to be her provider. Her Dr. sent a referral/prescription and they responded almost immediately. She was sent a form for HIPPA privacy and a few other items, so they could begin the ordering of a machine and other mask and various pieces. In the fine print of that single form it stated that if insurance did not cover the items the responsibility to pay would be the patient's. This single document was an auto sign form. My wife contacted the gal that sent the form to verify that Norco had contacted her insurance and obtained the verification information, before she was willing to sign the form. The Norco person never responded back. A week later a different guy conveniently left a voice message; not a paper trail text or email or his name, stating that they needed some measurements of her face and to have the form signed before the ordering of the equipment could be put into motion and that Norco would be getting in touch with my wife shortly. Weeks have gone by and not a peep from Norco on how to measure her face, whether she needed to come in or whether they had contacted insurance to get a authorization for the $1,000 plus equipment. There was also no discussion on Norco's end as to what her cost would be if her insurance did not pay or if there might be a shared cost. Pacific Pulmonary, a company I dealt with in the past and found in my experience that they were/are a fraudulent equipment provider, and I feel Norco is following in the same footsteps. I feel Norco is possibly a scam company and is why they have patients sign a single document that puts the patient on the hook if Norco does not get insurance approval or doesn't even bother to contact insurance. Hippa privacy and equipment responsibility should be two separate forms and Norco should not attempt to deceive potential patients, IMO, with an imbedded small print contract they present. Make sure you carefully read any document Norco requests you to sign. Caveat Emptor. read more

My Dr's office, Norco rep picked up my prescription for a new c-pap. They waited two weeks before he picked it up. D month later I'm talking to Norco about getting my machine. Norco and performance medical, nether one knew what they were doing. Called and canceled it ones because they weren't doing there job. I had to call my Dr office three times to make sure he got my prescription. I'm now 6 weeks out, my old cpap isn't working and I'm still waiting for it. Supposably it will be here by Saturday. All this time I haven't got a good nights rest, I have RA and sleep is the most important thing. I don't recommend Norco or performance medical. I've experienced both. Micki read more

consistently sending me the wrong equipment, even after emails and phone conversations. Substitutions are made for items I can't use... after the last time of trying to straighten things out. I never received a return phone call until months later when their automated calls want more business.! no wonder why our insurance prices are so high! read more

The workers are very rude, and not professional. They also rush through things and treat people as though they are a problem or making the employee's day worse on purpose for needing a new wheelchair part. While most of the drivers and some of the receptionist are great and try to help. Several have a way of treating ubpoorly also being told 1 thing and then another is done isn't great. I have stage 4 copd. 24 hiur o2. Had issues with concentrater they replaced it found issues with filler he asked if I had different plug in ad the one used was loose i said nit in here but in kitchen​ he then told me he would just switch me to non billable tanks I explained im not comfortable with that ad I have responsibility out side of home and use Several each day most time. He told me he understood and definitely wanted to do what was best and my comfort so would send new filler out the next day. When driver shows up he has non billable tanks and days they are not doing filler. I used 4 of the 10 the first day. I called them the person on the phone didn't try to listen was very rude . Stated I can just leave half hour early from or to whwr ever to drop off tanks and get new ones if its such an issue and they wont do a filler untill an electrician redesign my wireing. The problem is littleraly just the plug ins in that room I cant afford an electrician. I was also supost to b on weekly seat out since they did this and ran out of tanks 2 days ago they didnt show up today when they wher supost to so any Apts ivhad I had to cancel as I can't leave my home. This is hard enough for people to b stuck on a leash but to then b stuck home inside makes it really hard. And to b treated the way some of the do isn't ok. Not at all. This business is a JOKE. My infant daughter is on oxygen, and you guys discarded her prescription for her sleep study to get her off of oxygen. None of your employees have a single clue as to what they are doing. The amount of sheer incompetence your company has shown is astonishing to say the least. It took us two weeks to get a cord for her O2 monitor and it was the wrong ones and we still can't monitor her now. If there was a way to sue for incompetence and inconvenience I would in a heartbeat. These are life saving medical devices that have been denied to us at every turn. If you value your loved ones health and well-being do not go here. If there was an option for negative stars I would do that. read more

Safe distancing was practiced by employees and management! Some customers were resistant to using a mask and hand sanitizer. When I arrived, an equipment specialist found the physician order for an air concentrator. I was requested to have the physician to provide more information about the hypoxia, or I would be billed rather than Medicare and our secondary health insurance. The equipment was dispensed right away. The oxygen concentrator was too noisy beside our bed. I used the extension tubing and moved it to the adjoining bathroom. I put a towel under the concentrator to buffer the vibrations on the vinyl flooring. At home, the first few days of trail, I had two episodes of asthma. I finally found the air filter. It did not look new. I drove to Norco Medical to request new filters. I requested that the sleep specialist send a more detailed diagnosis. Everything is now working smoothly. read more

NORCO'S staff; Tiffany, Junior, and Ryan were each fantastic in making sure my wheelchair arrived, and made sure I knew to call them should I need any further instructions, or any questions. They made sure it was "just my size", perfect in every way customized! What a great team. I am happy I have NORCO handling my motorized wheelchair. read more

Norco staff has been attentive and kind. I worked with Dawn Blaylock to get started using a CPap machine. I had many struggles when trying to use the machine and went to see her several times. She was patient and kind. She reasured me and helped me move forward each time. Without her help, I would have quit in the first 2 weeks. She has a huge understanding about the equipment and how to use it and trouble shoot. She had an answer for every struggle I encountered. She was sensitive and patient when helping me find the mask that would work for me. Her instincts were always correct. She went above and beyond to help me get compliant with insurance. And the poor people who made the mistake of buying from them lets all demand rental power chairs while we are waiting for repairs! Come on buyers post here with your Norco story! Band together lets get Medicaid to drop them as POWER CHAIR SALES AND NO SERVICE. Yes Norco proves that another department does not know how to support the power wheel chairs they sell. Norco billing was done incorrectly. Medicaid can not be billed from anywhere but Norco. This means the one power chair tech Norco has needs to do all the service. read more

My wife needed crutches and a knee scooter for her upcoming foot surgery. She drove over an hour to Norco like the last time she had her foot operated on and gave them her paperwork. They told her they couldn't do it right then and needed to just drop off the order and they would call her when the scooter and crutches were ready. Last time we went 2 years ago it was no problem, we went in, they got the scooter immediately. This time she had t wait until THE NEXT DAY to get a call from them. They know this is a rural area and some people have to drive up to two hours to get their supplies. They shouldn't make the customer make TWO trips. What a waste of gas and time. read more

As a new CPAP patient picked up equipment on April 25th but Norco had started billing me as of March 21st. When questioning Norco they can't figure out their own billing and even though insurance has repeatedly denied claims they continue to send me bills for equipment and rental prior to me ever receiving anything! You can not bill for equipment & rental UNTIL IT IS picked up by patient. Not a hard concept to understand unless you are NORCO. read more

This has been the worst experience wth any company I have ever had. First I couldn't even get ahold of a real person. Becki finally did to let me know I'm being sent to collection. I called and left messages in excess of 8×. All I wanted was some financial relief. It seems they waited for so long just to tell me the only way to keep me out of collection was for a payment plan! I've been on disability just over 2 years and the lack of money has caught up wth me. Besides being in loom of an eviction, Norco just let me know they are sending me to collection for 560$. Worst company ever. DON'T let them bring equipment to your home. Such a horrible experience. I was warned about these guys b4 I left the hospital by 2 older gentleman. One who refused to have oxygen just cuz it was Norco. Now I understand why. DON'T DON'T DON'T get mixed up wth Norco. Becki waited months to get back ahold of me just to tell me she didn't have records of what I know I did and that im going to collection unless i send $ now. Just such poor customer service.
