I went in for oral THC/CBC/CB and they did not have the type I wanted. I told the budtender what I used it for as I can't keep up with all the brands and what they contain. He suggested a replacement with the, or very close to, same amount of what I had been using. When I got home I went to take some and I'm really glad I inspected it closely as it said "TOPICAL do not eat" in letters on the side. Now I'm stuck with an expensive topical oil that I have no use for and it's unreturnable. So my suggestion to the public that frequents here is, even tho the budtenders are suppose to know their stuff, double check them...I didn't..my bad. To the owners: please train your budtenders, not everyone is a pot conesour and we really depend on them! read more

I absolutely love shopping at your store. Never had any issues. But on September 25th @ 7:28 i came to shop. I always ask to please just put on each product what it is. Sativa, indica or hybrid. As i have a TBI which once im home some i just cant tell what is what. Now driving 2 hours to get home i realize that the information on my recipient was completely screwed up. I ask 2 times for my request. I ordered 4 indica .5 two packs, 4 hybrid .5 two packs and 6 Sativa pre rolls. Dude was feeling rushed, not sure why as i was only customer at time. My receipt shows 9 Sativa, 2 hybrid and 3 indica. He seriously either felt rushed to get me proper items or just wrote whatever he wanted to. Get my order correct and don't just half ass his job. read more

This location seems to have very knowledgeable budtenders and a wide selection of product. They also have daily deals that help save you money on a particular kind of product that day (i.e. munchie Mondays, top-shelf Tuesday, etc.). I've taken advantage of their point system several times, saved a bunch of money. read more

I was first attracted to CINDER because of what in my opinion is value pricing Secondly I read some of the responses written by Justin and was impressed that he offered both concern and suggested resolution to ppl who voiced a concern or complaint. Third is convenience. The location on Mullan is very close to a destination for me albeit sporadic When I walked in i was greeted by 3 pleasant employees one of whom was DEVON I found DEVON to be very knowledgeable and helpful although it was my first time there. Another female coworker was also helpful and Interjected things that seemed Pertinent to my conversations with DEVON. All said and done I spent $95 and have not been displeased with the variety of Product I selected. Logistics prevent me from being a "regular" but when the situation presents itself I will definitely pop in to CINDER and drop some more green lol read more

Nothing about this shop is customer-oriented! To organize the product by Farm is odd to say the least. Then, I made the mistake of asking a staff member how I would know on the menu which are sativa and which are indica. Her response of, "Just ask your bud tender. Your bud tender will go over that with you", was unnecessarily rude. If you can't handle talking to customers, you should not work in a customer-driven industry. After this interaction, I took my business elsewhere. There's plenty of other places to go, do yourself a favor and skip this shop. read more

Have been a customer for years I've spent hundreds a week in the valley store. Recently they have taken to scamming us. They put items online for a price and then when you go in to the store to buy the item, they won't sell it for the listed price. They just say whoops, even tho it was on their reader board. Then treat me rude when I didn't like it. Laugh at us when we leave. (Yes you have glass windows) they also have taken to raising prices then putting the items on sale so that you think you are getting a good deal. I will now find somewhere else to spend my extra money. read more

My absolute favorite shop in the whole city!!! I've made the mistake of going other places, but NEVER again! The staff is amazing. They are kind, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. I am in this location quiet often and they always treat me like a friend, and recommend the Best strains. They are always paicent with my want to shop around the store and I never feel rushed . i used to go this dispensary almost everyday for both oil and bud (the people working there knew nothing about their product they sounded like they've never smoked a day in their lives, but i never cared because i knew what i wanted) until i found out a budtender would LIE to me about the cheapest prices, telling me that their cheapest oil was $15 a gram so she could meet her quota for the month. i'm pissed about this. when i found out about this i called cinder and asked if i could return the oil i just bought for the cheaper version, the lady on the phone was extremely rude and hung up on me mid call! i cannot make this shit up. i hope you never give them your money because they do not deserve it. Cannabis and Glass has amazing customer service (and AMAZING prices) as well as The Hidden Joint. Start going there because they deserve it more than this dingy ass place read more

Every time I come in the nignt staff seems high as shit off Coke, I'm instantly overwhelmed and I almost had a panic attack in the store then other night due to the high tension and anxiety in the room. And I was the only customer in there. I always come in and ask for specific products. Usually they're out of what I'm asking for and give me a shitty alternative. I asked for a $25 gram tonight and ended up coming home with a shitty $15 gram of crumble just because I was done wasting time with these people who couldnt even understand that I didn't want crumble. This is a classy place. I have visited other dispensaries and this one is a bit different: no crowding around long counter displays to look while jockeying with folks who are trying to make a purchase. Their wares are visible in large plexiglas cases at eye-level (for most able-bodied folks.) The budtenders are very knowledgeable and mine gave me two strain suggestions, one of which worked beautifully - I will buy that again! Such a pleasant place to visit and shop. Closest store to my house. The store was nice and clean. Everything was well displayed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was a first timer and came in pretty sheepishly looking around. Lady I had help me was super helpful and knowledgable, and incredibly understanding of everything I had to say on why I was there. The whole staff seemed to know their stuff (though obviously it would look that way to someone like me lol) but all around it seemed very laid back, and was a very easy thing to do.
