Friendly knowledgeable staff. Reasonable prices. I was able to be in and out in 10 mins

ALL of the employees are terrific, the BUYER/PURCHASER is NOT. Despite requesting more of a specific product for over 9 months, she refused to buy enough. She orders 10 of my favorite product, when they arrive... they sell out in 1-2 days and then we WAIT AND WAIT for 3-4 weeks to get more on the shelf. All of the bud-tenders agree that this product sells out FAST, and many have said that they have asked her to buy more. And yet, we get 10 units that are all sold in a day. SUPPLY AND DEMAND is probably still a real concept to most... but not at CINDER. She refuses to be controlled by business norms or simple logic, she does it her own way. I'm a bar manager, imagine if i could pour you your favorite whiskey, but only on 2 random days a month? Her voicemail box has been FULL for 9 months. In that time, i've called dozens of times and NEVER been able to reach her or leave a message. Try it, call cinder now and hit the prompt to "speak to our buyer"... it'll be a full voicemail. i called the grower directly, there are no supply issues with that product.. he said she just needs to order it. I'm only leaving this bc Im frustrated, been asking forever. read more

Cinder Weed Dispensary Downtown Spokane - All for under $100 - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Spokane, Washington

don't ever go to downtown location during afternoon hours. The absolute worst service I have ever had from any dispensary around.

Tessa was so pleasant and efficient. She took the time to check my purchase for confirmation...it was a online p/u situation Thank you!

It was recommended to me and Cinder did not disappoint. Great service and very knowledgeable staff. I got exactly what I wanted and the price was better than expected. Go there ! read more

Niwauno was so cool! He gave that bright nice smile when I got there, gave me lots of options to choose from and wasn't rushing my order.

This is my go to dispensary as it's closest to my apartment, service is usually good, but I probably won't be returning after today. Today I went in with exactly $30 planning on buying the $15ish dollar disposable dab pen I've gotten 2 or 3 times before. The budtender told me they only have a $30 one so I asked if that's $30 flat or if there's tax. He said $30 out door then told me there's an ATM fee if I'm using card (my bad, I had spaced that). So I called my boyfriend who sent me an extra $5 and then I went back up and asked if $35 was enough for it with the ATM fee and the budtender goes "I don't know ?" So I say "well do you know the ATM fee ?" which he immediately says is 3.50. The whole interaction just made me super uncomfortable and anxious. His response made me feel like I was dumb for asking a question that he clearly knew the answer to because he then told me right after I asked what the ATM fee was. He was there for the whole conversation, I'm not sure why he acted like he had no clue what was going on and made me feel like an idiot for asking a question. read more

Great selection, great value, Thor was so knowledgable and helpful. We will definitely be back soon!

Helpful and friendly without fail!

I ordered some hash online. The picture showed a small brick. When I got home with my order I realized it was powdered. It looked like keef. I returned to the store and asked to exchange it for some actual hash. They refused, and their reason was that sometimes they use stock photos when they don't have actual photos of the product. I've been a loyal customer there for years. I won't be going back. read more

Angel was amazing! Knowledgable, friendly, and attentive. Thanks for my new favorite strain!

No respect for physical or mental health disabilities. Totally unprofessional bud tender I've had 2 negative experiences with Celine, so will not return here. This store needs education in customer service since the products same as everywhere else same sake days... nothing sets them apart except wouldn't go back. I seem to keep having much better quality products and experiences nearby at APEX. Will not return to downtown Cinder for their poor service and products so mid to low quality. read more

Sam H. was super helpful with recommendations and so personable. This is the kind of person you want to find in an unfamiliar dispensary, in an unfamiliar town. Would come back due to great prices and employees like Sam! read more

This place is a joke. I went in there spent $70 and was told to keep my receipts. I purchased two disposable half gram pens. One pen was $30 and the other was $40. I thought it was odd the bud tender told me to hold onto my receipts in case something didn't work so I took her advice and that's what I did. Of course when I get home the $40 pin only lasted for a few hours before the battery started blinking at me. I know this was a defective pen based on how long I've been smoking and I also got a pen of the same caliber and size that is still working right now. Thankfully I took her advice and kept the receipt. Or so I thought. When I went to go return the pin the bud tender told me on top of the receipt I also needed the packaging. . . Correct me if I'm wrong but if you buy something that is disposable why in your right mind would you ever keep the trash? I brought back the defective pen and the receipt and I only bought it two days prior. Apparently this wasn't enough and I was denied a return. Keep in mind I've never returned a weed item in my life and would not of even done this if I wasn't warned the pen might be defective in the first place. I am from California and only in town for two weeks I will never come back to this place again. I brought up my concerns with the people at the counter and even followed up with a phone call and disbelief as to how I was treated. This place is trash and I will be making sure to let everyone know. I go to places like this to relieve pain especially for headaches not to go there create a new headache and then when I ask for help with the headache I'm given another headache. This place is a headache and sucks. They really did not give a shit about remedy the situation at all. read more

Nice storefront, cool people, really excellent prices. This is a shop worth checking out; especially if you are from the South-side of town.

Perfect for me. Veteran's discount anytime! Nearby, lots of parking. Nicest lady with a cane took time to answer questions and showed me a better deal than what I had originally come for. Could not be happier with my new pot store. read more

This place use to have quality products. Now they are as bad as cannabis and glass. Cheap dabs, cheaper weed, nothing of quality in stock ever. Where is the purform the higher standards, oleum, dank czar, Driftboat, 50 fold? It's all crap product soaked in fake terps that has been sold black market from oregon and made its way into washington stores with reprinted ubi numbers. read more

12/12/19, Came into downtown shop near 0800 and bought 1/2 oz Super lemon haze. I showed my Military ID and was given less than a 20% discount. the salesMAN seemed distracted. Veterans Beware, The clerks are too stoned/stupid to do simple math on a calculator and I was stupid enough not to get a receipt. I'll never trust a stoned pot dealer in the morning with my money. My last review was a 4 star rating. Today was my last purchase from Cinder. Rip off someone else. read more

This is the place that I have consistently gone to for many years now so my patronage speaks for itself. If I were going to say anything bad it is that the turnover is insane and I never see anyone last more than a few weeks or months at most. The rapid turnover of employees destroys any hope of anything other than a transactional relationship and that in turn is a threat to brand loyalty. read more

Everyone is super friendly, good deals, and lots of staff. A much better dispensary than Lucky Leaf, I have to say. Only thing that bothers me is the line system, it's a bit wonky. Stay awesome, Cinder downtown! read more

I like how this "Brand" started using the same color schematic as one of their competitors only AFTER the other company rebranded with something that set them apart, now I see this place and others following suit.... very original. I needed weed to smoke and they helped me find what I was looking for and the help was great, good price I'll go back for sure

This used to be a great shop. Clean and nice friendly staff. Today, it's a shit show. The parking lot is usually filled with transients asking you for money or weed. If you refuse you get cussed out. If you informed the staff they typically shrug their shoulders and say there is nothing they can do. The store feels dirty and the staff spends too much time showing different products and chit chatting while the line grows. Overall, my experience here is not return, which sucks because it was nice store. Maybe new management? read more

As a big fan of Cinder Downtown and having spent hundreds of $$ there over the years AND having had nothing but great experiences with bud tenders there (I've worked retail my whole life and total get the stresses)...my experience with the male bud tender an hour or so ago was very negative. I don't know if it was my age (old!), my wearing a mask or what, but this guy was truly hostile. Luckily he passed me off on the woman coworker but dang, someone talk to this guy!! read more
