only has 1 star because i had too. literally the worst place you can buy weed in spokane. the owners todd and elizabeth (who's the goodwill version of the lady on the logo) treat their employees like absolute trash. you've worked there a year with keys for over half? minimum wage and get left on read and then yelled at when asked about a raise even though newer keyholders got raises. also probably met the ownsers twice. they fucked everyone over on our taxes just so they could do less work. oh and EVERY order gets dropped off with vendor/budtender samples that they're supposed to give out for their budtenders to know the product their selling, well they hold it for years and or take it for themselves. miranda (the super bitchy looking supervisor) always talks about how she tried new stuff in her sample bags when the rest of them haven't got one in months! the last sample bag was completely expired all the way back to 2019!!! nobody wants to consume that which sucks for us and the company giving them free stuff just to expire before anyone sees it. now to how they fuck the customers. they pay say $15 for an eighth, multiply that buy three to cover federal taxes the cost of the product and then make a profit of course. makes sense when running a business, well what you should be paying $45 for (according to the math) you're probably paying $50-$55. i used to could orders and do the math myself. super shady and unfortunate. definitely tip the budtenders that have stuck around because they get treated so poorly behind the scenes. save yourself some time, hassle, and money and just shop literally anywhere else read more

I have been going to lovely buds for many years and I've always adored all the employees and the way that they've handled the customers. One of the main reasons I continue to frequent lovely buds was because of the employees and the way I was treated by them however in the last few months there has been a lot of new employees and the customer service has gone downhill unfortunately for lovely buds with the new employees and one specific employee named Riley v was so disgustingly rude to me and acted as if answering a question or doing her job in any way was a burden to her I kindly told her I would take my money elsewhere and pick my money up off the counter and she told me good have a good day and sent me on my way so for all the old school employees and the ones that care about customer service and care about representing lovely buds in a good way I appreciate you and I know all of us do to those of you who are there for just a paycheck and treat customers in a very rude manner unfortunately you won't last long there and hopefully they can weed out the bad ones so they can maintain such a great reputation that they've had all these years read more

The selection was minimal. Alot of the flower looked brown in color. After a few minutes I found a decent looking flower, although it was all small nugs, and stemy, it was good quality. After visiting more then a few shops in spokane regularly, The Greenstar shop had the smallest selection, and the product looks unappeling. I mentioned to the sales person about the lack in variety, and he seemed to become more unpleasent after the fact. I came out of the store unimpressed, theres is far better shops in spokane. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is their prices are a little steep compared with Satori up north. Otherwise, this place is absolutely perfect. The staff are all knowledgeable and will stand around and talk weed or video games with you, offer you advice on strains, tell you where to go to get a cheap pipe. The people there really love what they do and are all very well-informed. They're also fun to just talk with. If you are a fan of Satori, where it's hit or miss whether you get someone who knows something or just someone who looks good in black, you should try Green Star. It's a little more laid back and has a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Now, if someone would just open a pipe shop next door, I'd never need to go anywhere else. I will say their concentrates are great. I'm a dabber and they have some stuff that really kicks. You can find cheaper, but not higher quality. read more
