Stopped in this afternoon and was helped by the chillest girl (I think Aunaleah?) idk but YALL. She came through for me today and I can confidently say I haven't met a good budtender in a while who actually cares about what exactly I'm looking for. Cliff notes back story: -I worked in the industry for years -I know a lot about cannabis and that each product goes far beyond the THC content. -I look for flavour and smell I gave her a brief list of strains I like (I'm more focused on terps) and a price range and this girl got me a half and 2 AIO live resin pens. I got home and DEAR LAWDYYY AM I IN LOVE. She absolutely nailed the flavour profile I wanted with very little prompting- lately I've not met many budtenders that can do that. Did I mention they were all prepackaged?! That's right, she KNOWS the products she sells. I'm a tough critic when it comes to budtending (although rarely confrontational) bc I just want to be treated how I treated my customers back in the day. (Spokane Location Review) I was a loyal Apex customer for approximately eight years, but my recent experience has completely changed my opinion of this organization. On May 29, I used an Apex ATM that failed to dispense cash. Although no money was received, my bank account was immediately debited. I reported the issue to staff right away and spent nearly 45 minutes in the lobby on the phone with my bank. During that time, no one appeared to take ownership of the situation, and the ATM remained available for other customers to use without being marked out of service. The following day, I spoke with a male manager who acknowledged that there had been an outage with the ATM provider. He explained that my transaction, along with those of numerous other customers, had been impacted and that several people had been charged despite not receiving their funds. He assured me that if I encountered any issues obtaining a refund, Apex would assist by providing video footage or working directly with my bank and the ATM provider. Unfortunately, when I called back to request that assistance, I spoke with a female manager whom I believe was named Alesia. Her response was dismissive and unprofessional. Rather than helping resolve the issue, she questioned my credibility because I could not recall the name of the manager I had spoken with nearly two weeks earlier. Given that this incident reportedly affected multiple customers, I found her reaction both surprising and disappointing. Mistakes happen, and technology fails. What matters is how an organization responds when customers need help. In this case, I experienced a lack of accountability, poor communication, and unprofessional customer service. Based on my experience, I cannot confidently recommend Apex. Customers deserve to feel that their concerns--and their money--are being taken seriously when problems occur. read more

I went twice in one week and both times I was never greeted walking in. This has been the vibe for the last few weeks. I've been going here for about two years. The prices were good and the daily discounts were good too, but lately the staff just seemed like they would rather stock the shelves than help. The ladies that worked there always had a great attitude and loved helping and answering questions but lately the guys working there don't seem to want to talk to anyone. Really uninviting. I recommend Primo or Cannabis&Glass if you want someone friendly all the time. I'd give 1 star but if the super nice girls all still work there, the second star is for them. read more

Doesnt accept vertical Washington state ID's despite every other dispensary being able to take it. But they DID take my friends vertical ID from New York? So someone locally can't buy from this dispensary but if you live across the country you're completely fine. Make that make any sense? Highly recommend Cinder, Cannabis and Glass, or any other dispensary if you're trying to go to one. read more

I stopped into the shop about a month ago with a lot of questions about CBD's and how they work and what products they had that were edibles that would help me with muscle pain. I spent quite a bit of time there and ended up leaving with two different products both edibles but very different from each other. I am still evaluating the effects of each. However I am skeptical about the claim that the product that had no CBD's in it would be effective in managing my issue and would have minimal psychoactive affect. Went there looking for help in selecting a rub or a salve to get relief from my arthritis. I left with the definite impression the help was much more geared to selecting product from the "high" end of the merchandise...pun intended. When i detailed what i was looking for, several of the "help" looked at each other and shrugged their individual and collective soldiers. I was left choosing from offering with different smells and additives. No one could speak to the efficacy of any of the products. The music was very loud, the clerks were clearly much more interested in talking to each other than to me and the place had the feel of 80's club than of a retail shop. Will not be back. There has to be better than this available. read more

Just grabbed some "cookies and cream" flower. Being from souther Cali I'm a bit of a weed snob so I was not expecting it to be up to par, but I was wrong lol stuff was really potent and fair priced. Only complaint is how dry it was, no biggie though as it's easy to re moisten it. Great customer service and lightning fast system so your in and out in 10 minutes not 30.
