All of the bud-tenders agree that this product sells out FAST, and many have said that they have asked her to buy more. And yet, we get 10 units that are all sold in a day. SUPPLY AND DEMAND is probably still a real concept to most... but not at CINDER. She refuses to be controlled by business norms or simple logic, she does it her own way. I'm a bar manager, imagine if i could pour you your favorite whiskey, but only on 2 random days a month? Her voicemail box has been FULL for 9 months. In that time, i've called dozens of times and NEVER been able to reach her or leave a message. Try it, call cinder now and hit the prompt to "speak to our buyer"... it'll be a full voicemail. i called the grower directly, there are no supply issues with that product.. he said she just needs to order it. I'm only leaving this bc Im frustrated, been asking forever.

The shelves are either half-empty or stocked with low-quality products that most other dispensaries wouldn't bother carrying. There's no effort to offer variety or stay current with what's actually in demand. Frankly, this place is doing the industry a disservice. My suggestion? Close your doors for good and stop wasting people's time. There are far better-run shops out there that actually respect their customers and know what they're doing

On the slip it said someone had called me and they didn't. He also told me that the products they have are all trash anyway. Ordering something and it not be there when you get there is frustrating. Not only have that happened once but twice and both times no one called me. If I could remember the jerk managers name I would definitely put it in here. I have been in customer service for years and the behavior he displayed was rude and uncalled for. I just hope that my future visits at kush21 are not unpleasant like that experience.

They do have nice store branded glass bongs for $20 which are excellent quality. This store doesn't carry very high end flower which is OK by me as I am comfortable in the price range they offer. Their HUGE and easy to read menu boards make waiting in line no big deal. I take the time to check out what they have while I wait for a budtender. All sorted by price range and then broken down by grower and hybrid/sativa/indica. I don't think they really do discount days because everything is fairly reasonable to start off. Pro tip* they sell many high end growers second tier products. Many growers that are high end need a place to sell their awesome bud that doesn't make the highest cut. Like smaller nugs, not as pretty stuff etc. So many of these growers have a second company name and sell under that as a cheaper product. C and G has many of these so you can get top shelf grower stuff in a different package.
