She orders 10 of my favorite product, when they arrive... they sell out in 1-2 days and then we WAIT AND WAIT for 3-4 weeks to get more on the shelf. All of the bud-tenders agree that this product sells out FAST, and many have said that they have asked her to buy more. And yet, we get 10 units that are all sold in a day. SUPPLY AND DEMAND is probably still a real concept to most... but not at CINDER. She refuses to be controlled by business norms or simple logic, she does it her own way. I'm a bar manager, imagine if i could pour you your favorite whiskey, but only on 2 random days a month? Her voicemail box has been FULL for 9 months. In that time, i've called dozens of times and NEVER been able to reach her or leave a message. Try it, call cinder now and hit the prompt to "speak to our buyer"... it'll be a full voicemail. i called the grower directly, there are no supply issues with that product.. he said she just needs to order it. I'm only leaving this bc Im frustrated, been asking forever.

The budtenders are amazing, very welcoming and knowledgeable. However, this random texting for the 50% is ridiculous and not consistent. On a day what would have been 50% off (Memorial Day) it was only 30. I still went but saw MANY people walk out stating the discounts system being ridiculous. The owners should just pick a day, you lose a lot of customers this way.

Love love love this place. I had my first terrible experience at kush21 the other evening with a…read moremanager. This was the evening of January 14th. Some time after 5pm. He was rude and took everything I said personal. I was trying to express how messed up it is to order something on the app and when I got to the store they didn't have what I ordered. On the slip it said someone had called me and they didn't. He also told me that the products they have are all trash anyway. Ordering something and it not be there when you get there is frustrating. Not only have that happened once but twice and both times no one called me. If I could remember the jerk managers name I would definitely put it in here. I have been in customer service for years and the behavior he displayed was rude and uncalled for. I just hope that my future visits at kush21 are not unpleasant like that experience.

So, they order 10 units which sellout in 1-2 days...then its back to none in the store for 2-4 weeks. SUPPLY AND DEMAND... a good manager would notice that she is selling out of a product within 24 hours and she would order more. If not, certainly she would respond to the hundreds of requests that i have sent thru bud tenders to her? I've tried to call her, for 9 months her voicemail has been full and she just won't ever answer. So,you're not watching your actual sales, and your not responding to your customers or your bud tenders and you just keep ordering 10 of the same thing for nearly a year now. I called the grower, no supply issues so don't try to use that one either. THE PURCHASER UNDOES ALL OF THE HARD WORK THAT THE GREAT EMPLOYEES DO...ANGRY!

They do have nice store branded glass bongs for $20 which are excellent quality. This store doesn't carry very high end flower which is OK by me as I am comfortable in the price range they offer. Their HUGE and easy to read menu boards make waiting in line no big deal. I take the time to check out what they have while I wait for a budtender. All sorted by price range and then broken down by grower and hybrid/sativa/indica. I don't think they really do discount days because everything is fairly reasonable to start off. Pro tip* they sell many high end growers second tier products. Many growers that are high end need a place to sell their awesome bud that doesn't make the highest cut. Like smaller nugs, not as pretty stuff etc. So many of these growers have a second company name and sell under that as a cheaper product. C and G has many of these so you can get top shelf grower stuff in a different package.
