The guy that helped her a few weeks ago was apparently extremely knowledgeable and helpful, leaving her feeling confident in her purchase and willing to recommend this place to everyone- myself included. We decided to go together yesterday, 7/13/19, but the guy that was working was less than helpful. As someone who doesn't vape or anything I had no clue what I was doing. I asked for recommendations and he said he didn't have any, just a few that he didn't quite recommend. He was rude, he didn't tell me how to set up my pen, (putting the coils in, juice, or fill out the warranty card that says the store has to fill it out) I'm happy with what is purchased (nord pen kit and CBD juice) but I'm disappointed with the lack of knowledge, commentary, or customer service. I hope next time I go in I experience the guy that helped my friends.

I went in and spent 30 some dollars buying juice and two pods. I went home and filled my pods for…read moremy two different vapes. They tasted burnt after a few hits. BOTH OF THEM!! So I was able to dump one out to fill again with some previous juice I had stashed for a rainy day! After the new juice came out the cotton, it went back to normal. Well, I ran out of that, so I had to put the juice that seems to be faulty back in. IT BURNT MY POD AGAIN!!! SO, I go into the store, trying to see if they can fix this for me! They say that I can buy another pod and see if it fixes or buy new juice! They wouldn't replace the juice. They wouldn't even reolace a pod. I wasn't going to waste more money on another pod that was going to get burnt using the same exact juice!!! I don't understand that. I bought something faulty from this store and they won't switch it out. They said they can't afford to and aren't allowed. I can't afford it either!!! I'm just out 30$ that I spent here! So, I can't go back there either. I have worked in customer service most of my life. When you sell something faulty or of that nature, you fix it!!!
