While their cigar selection is smaller than the other lounge in town, it still manages to stock plenty of different cigars. They also have pipes and pipe tobacco. The staff knows their stuff, able to give you suggestions based on your flavor preferences. I was able to pick up some bulk Cornell and Diehl pipe tobacco far cheaper than buying it in tins. They do craft cocktails, and have great beers on tap. There's also a food place close by that you can order food from, and bring it in to the shop. Every time I go in there's people sitting there playing a game, or just talking in groups It's a chill, sort of intimate vibe, like coffee shops in the 90's used to be before the big chains took over and ruined that scene. They say that I can buy another pod and see if it fixes or buy new juice! They wouldn't replace the juice. They wouldn't even reolace a pod. I wasn't going to waste more money on another pod that was going to get burnt using the same exact juice!!! I don't understand that. I bought something faulty from this store and they won't switch it out. They said they can't afford to and aren't allowed. I can't afford it either!!! I'm just out 30$ that I spent here! (Spokane Location Review) I was a loyal Apex customer for…read moreapproximately eight years, but my recent experience has completely changed my opinion of this organization. On May 29, I used an Apex ATM that failed to dispense cash. Although no money was received, my bank account was immediately debited. I reported the issue to staff right away and spent nearly 45 minutes in the lobby on the phone with my bank. During that time, no one appeared to take ownership of the situation, and the ATM remained available for other customers to use without being marked out of service. The following day, I spoke with a male manager who acknowledged that there had been an outage with the ATM provider. He explained that my transaction, along with those of numerous other customers, had been impacted and that several people had been charged despite not receiving their funds. He assured me that if I encountered any issues obtaining a refund, Apex would assist by providing video footage or working directly with my bank and the ATM provider. Unfortunately, when I called back to request that assistance, I spoke with a female manager whom I believe was named Alesia. Her response was dismissive and unprofessional. Rather than helping resolve the issue, she questioned my credibility because I could not recall the name of the manager I had spoken with nearly two weeks earlier. Given that this incident reportedly affected multiple customers, I found her reaction both surprising and disappointing. Mistakes happen, and technology fails. What matters is how an organization responds when customers need help. In this case, I experienced a lack of accountability, poor communication, and unprofessional customer service. Based on my experience, I cannot confidently recommend Apex. Customers deserve to feel that their concerns--and their money--are being taken seriously when problems occur.
