Long time customers been coming here for almost 2 years and today me and my Wife went in and we each separately picked out a vape and when we went to check out my wife realized she forgot her ID so the guy said he could not sell her one. So I don't know why or how people give this place good reviews. About a month ago I was sold a very bad battery by someone at this location and was promised that it had features it did not on top of being full returnable. When I realized how terrible this battery was I went to return it. The whole time I returned it I was quiet and respectful as I work in retail and understand the stress of customer service. I was then screamed at by 3 big dudes who crowded around me about how I was dumb for even suggesting I could return it. That was about a month ago, since then I have had 2 friends who have had a similar experience. Do not shop here if you value your money or time, I would not be suprised if the good reviews on here are bots. These people made me feel intimidated and did so without reason or empathy. I know me typing all this makes me sound like a karen, but I swear I was respectful throughout this whole experience. The only thing I dont like about this place is when they get busy every transaction takes so long you could be waiting a while. That being said THE BEST customer service ever. Especially the guy drives a t top and is ALwAYS working. Hes the best. The liquid is the best ive ever had and they still let you try them.
