The whole team is amazing! They sell tons of mods, coils, juices...you name it! They stand behind all their products and are always eager to help if you get a dud or need help etc. The best Vape shop hands down!!! Prices are VERY fair and they have a huge stock! Something for everyone from new to vape peeps to experienced people who choose to vape instead of smoke "analog" or real cigarettes which are FAR more harmful. If you wanna quit but need something to help, go here...they have what you need. Some haters here are either new to it or aren't listening regarding return policy which is 14 days! Had a great experience the other day when I went to get setup with my first vape mod. I had no clue what I wanted but the guys at the shop, I believe I dealt with Manny was more then helpful. Got me a great product, and recommended some great tasting avg Joe's juice. I've never been but into the vape scene but with the help of the crew I can now vape in confidence. I want to this store today for the first time after driving by it and it's by far the best one that I have gone to in the area. I was able to pick up a very nicely priced RDA (less than $30 for one with a great ajustable airflow) and a nice big 30ml bottle of juice at a pretty low cost as well; they even let me sample the juice before I had to make a buying decision. It appears they have a very nice selection of juice as well. Can't wait to get back there to try out some more of their flavors. Don't let their website fool you about the selection; there is far more in the store then on their site. read more

I shopped here for 6 months now,the only reason i kept coming back is they were the only place with custard salt nic flavors,but now other places finally have it. Anyways in that 6 months i spent a good 200$ a month and i have to say the service is abhorrent,their employees will sit there and chat with friends or on the phone while 2 or more ppl wait in line, iv seen them take care of friends out of order of ppl waiting for service. The one young man who wears a bennie is obnoxious and refuses to explain the merch,and on the few instances i have seen him talk he literally knows nothing,he once told me Ti wire doesn't exist..then he told me it was outrageously priced when its not lol. When ever i asked him about flavors he merely presented what he like rather than what i asked. For the first 2 month i shopped there they constantly were shilling this really really really bad juice brand (it was called like" joe's" or something) and everytime anyone asked for juice advice they would shill it. Quite honestly its the worst vape shop iv ever been too and im so glad custard salts made it to the other stores now. I would avoid that place until they get diff staff especially since there is like 5 vape shops all in that area with great service read more

Bought a new mod here. Three weeks later it stops working and they tell me they can't do anything with it because it has been damaged off warranty from what they can tell. Now I'm not one to rant on Yelp but the guy barely looked at thing. The only thing he said it might be, was juice leaking into pin hole and said that I should really take better care of it. I've fumbled it once in my car and it fell in padded carpet. That is the only really trauma this brand new mod has witnessed. What I found odd by the leakage statement was that they had originally advertised their Prince tanks to be leak proof( I found these tanks to be kore leaky than any other tank I've previously owned, R.I.P. to my car interior...) I even switched tanks because I couldn't deal with the cheap little gaskets swelling up. Funny how they don't sell those in store, almost as if they knew they knew the hassle of shipment and market for these stupid rubber gaskets.Im not saying they are bad at service, because they were actually very nice, but their products are garbage and they'll lie to you to make the sale. Also sounds like the warranty is there for style over customer support! I will rate them 5 stars as a unintentional addiction counseling service however, vaping IS a waste of my time and money! read more
