Don't bother paying attention to the store hours. Two days in a row, I came before closing hours…read moreand they had closed early. Second time actually was able to walk into the store when the gent was still there (before closing) and he told me they were closed. Even though the door was open and it was 6 minutes before closing. I used to spend quite a bit of money on Kratom and tried to help out a small business. Not anymore. Go to Zanies, way better service and they will actually stay well past closing to help you spend your money.

I recently bought a vape mod and it burnt my lip. Yes. It was on the lowest setting. I went to return it the next day to the Wellesley store. Where i had bought it. The manager there said nothing was wrong with it. So I wasn't able to return it. I contacted Amy, the manager at the Francis location. Told her what happened. She contacted her corporate office to get permission to have it returned. They authorized my return! I CANT EXPRESS THIS ENOUGH...AMY( Francis location manager) has always gone above and beyond to fix any negative experiences Ive had. I recommend all vape users to go to the Francis location.
