    I typically have great experiences at most Best Buy stores. At this location, my niece and I visited here. Upon entry, we were quickly greeted by an employee who welcomed us and asked if we needed assistance. I inquired if I was able to pick up an online order that I had originally purchased at the East side store. We were directed to the Order Pickup window. I explained again. Was informed it could be done, however the transfer process could take anywhere from 5 mins to 45 mins. I was willing to wait. Thankfully, it took 5 mins. I also purchased a protection screen for my Iwatch 2/pk. Customer service was nice and prompt. They also assisted my niece with the return of her merchandise. All went very well.

    Terrible experience. They will change the rules for returns on a dime. Go somewhere else if there is a chance of returning your item.

However, after speaking with the owner, Eddie, everything changed. You can truly tell he is passionate about his business and genuinely cares about his customers. He went above and beyond to make things right. We had a pretty straightforward issue with a frozen ice maker, and Eddie was fast, efficient, honest, and very fair. The original quote we received from the technician felt absurd, but after Eddie personally reevaluated everything, the pricing was more than reasonable. Because of Eddie, I would absolutely use Allway again -- I would just specifically request EDDIE as our technician.

The communication with this company is ridiculously bad. Anyway he worked on the dryer, put it back in place, and told me to do a wash, then dry and let him know if the dryer worked, and left. But failed to reconnect the exhaust tube. I called Allway again and the tech called me back to harass me about calling his boss. For a single woman living alone this is not an ideal situation to be in. They've promised a refund. At this point I don't believe I'll see a penny but will report back if I do. Meanwhile I hate that this man knows where I live.

We got the appliance as a package deal with our new builder home. I tried to get it replaced because a dishwasher should not die on you that soon of having it. I was willing to pay for the upgrade etc. I tried to call the sales rep who is in charge of this (John Anderson) and he was very unprofessional and rude. He did not return my call initially. I called a second time and left a message - he texted me instead. In his messages he was "in meetings all morning and could only text". He wrote me paragraphs and was rude the entire time and did not want to help me at all in any way. I tried to call the store and every manager or supervisor or anything was not in for whatever reason. If I was a paying customer please beware and do not shop here. They sell you faulty appliances and then do. Nothing to help you. I've lived in brand new homes my entire life and never had issues within six months with appliances. Costco would never treat (I have experience with their appliances as well) this way. They also don't sell faulty appliances to begin with and steal your money. The least they could do is be nice to their customers. Avoid this location and especially this sales rep.

    TOTAL SCAM!! User beware! Not only did they refund my deposit amount but they also asked me to…read moreremove my 1-star Yelp review and asked that I ask my bank not to continue their investigation (which I disputed for fraud). Sound like a legit company? Yelp, I hope you read this as this company asked that I degrade the efficacy of your site by taking down a bad review. This company thought that by giving me back my deposit I would hide their fraud. In the end, they actually damaged my fridge instead of repairing it. I called Rain City Appliance Repair in Spokane because they were able to respond same day. The person that answers is a guy named "Winston" with a British accent and the phone sounds like he is overseas. He booked a technician that came out that afternoon and the tech spoke almost no English. He tested the temp of the fridge and diagnosed a broken defrost element without opening the inside panel of the fridge, which is where that pice is located and where he ended up working. I had to pay $200 for the call out and the remaining balance would be invoiced upon completion. He came back a couple days later to finish the job once the part arrived, or so he said. Within an hour of the tech leaving my home, I got a call from "Winston"who proceeded to call twice a day every day for payment. I was working so I wasn't able to pick up the phone. I have had many home services without having to pay an invoice within a day. He called twice a day until finally a couple days later I said I was having a Sears technician come out that week to look at the job they did because I had concerns. On top of the other issues, the company has an address listed in downtown Spokane but when I went to the address I found it is virtual rented office space. The company also has an affiliate company named Hot Wire, supposedly in Bothel, but it has the same email and phone number so it's the same people. SEVEN DAYS after the service I received a text saying that I needed to pay the invoice or they would send me to collections. Completely unethical and illegal. The Sears tech came out and told me he had heard many complaints about this company and the issue with my fridge was part of a lawsuit with Samsung where they will provide the part for free. No charge for anything. He also said that because the guy took off the inside panel, he likely broke the seal and if there wasn't a problem before, there now would be and the panel would need to be replaced. A woman from Rain City, who I think is also part of Hot Wire called me back the day after and I told her I would not be paying the balance and want a refund on the $200 deposit. She didn't seem phased, said she was sorry I felt that way and that she would discuss with management. Which is the same thing Winston said when I told him they couldn't take me to collections after 7 days. The affiliate company also has many 1-star reviews saying that they were ghosted after making payment or that they broke their fridge. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND CALL A CERTIFIED TECHNICIAN FROM A REPUTABLE COMPANY.
