Our 2 year old freezer stopped working last month, thank you Jeffreys for sending out your knowledgeable technicians. It seems that the control panel had gone bad and we needed a replacement. A new one was ordered and installed. It's been working great since. Their fees are reasonable and service appointments are fairly quick. Dave came out in Dec 2024 & troubleshot my Sears Kenmore gas stove. It was taking forever to preheat (45 minutes) & trying to cook our food in a timely manner was ridiculous. The oven after preheating would go from 450F degrees to 150F when baking food, terrible! He found the issue very quickly & had parts ordered (bad bake igniter (lower one) & a cracked gas tube in "2" places where the igniter attaches to was causing my issues). After receiving these parts & the install by Dave on Jan 15, my 23-year-old gas stove is working like a champ once again. This guy really knows his stuff, impressive young man & very quick at fixing my stove. I will definitely use Jeffrey's in the future. My dishwasher started to fail. It started to throw codes. They sent a repair lady to come and repair it. She put the new part and left. Couple of hours went by and we noticed inside the dishwasher a huge screw fell inside the dishwasher. So we can't turn the dishwasher on or it will leak through the top end. I called the next day telling them they need to come out and put this back in. They said they can do it in a week! I said it's not my fault. Your repair lady didn't do it right! I need this to be repaired today. I work all next week starting a new job. The lady on the phone was not understanding at all! I will never use them again! read more

We have a column subzero fridge and freezer with integrated panels. Jeffrey's is not cheap; we paid them about $1300, but they have been persistent. Finally, the freezer which has been non functional for 11 months is fixed!!!!! Yay!!!! In fact it's quieter now than it has ever been. If you are patient, and pay them for needed parts and full service their expert technicians will work with you to fix the problem. Throwing away and getting a new subzero is just not an option for us due to cost of new subzero units, production delays and need for new integrated panels matching cabinetry (our subzero fridge/freezer models are just different enough now that wood panels won't fit) read more

I had Jeffery's Appliance Service come to my house yesterday. It was the worst experience. The tech took apart the front of the stove to test the control board and sensor. It wasn't till he was putting it back together that I noticed he was installing it wrong. When I brought it to his attention he let me know it was correct and that often when you take something apart it will not fit back together as it should. I said let me get my screw driver and I will do it myself. It was at this time that he said he would take it back apart and then he said oh you were right I'm so sorry. He then put the top back correct. As I watched he put the bottom of the panel on, when I saw it again was not fitting correctly so the oven door would shut tight I decided not to say anything and after he left I took it apart and fixed it myself. We can't say enough great things about Jeffrey's appliance. We have a 3 year old LG refrigerator that went out and another appliance place in town told us it wasn't under warranty and would be over $1000 out of pocket. After talking to Jeffrey's it was under warranty, and they were willing to do the work to help us figure this out. Can't say thank you enough! Also, they were able to get out to our house much quicker than others in town as well. Also shout out to Keenen who stayed late to work on our fridge and make sure it was up and running for us. Dave listened to me, did a more thorough diagnostic and did find additional problems like I had said. We needed someone to look at our freezer and refrigerator and everyone was booked out for weeks! Jeffrey's was the only place willing to put us on a cancellation list and they came through for us! Instead of a month with no service, they got us in fairly quickly. Jacob came out and assessed the problem and ordered the parts. We called Jeffrey's with a refrigerator that was not cooling evenly. It was not an emergency and we live in an area that they service twice weekly. They came out in a week which was fine. The tech was Brandon and he knew exactly what was wrong. It was a common he problem. He was able to have the part delivered from Spokane and had it fixed that same afternoon. He did a great job, friendly and explained the problem well. He defrosted all the lines that were frozen, installed software update and new fan. Took about an hour. Bill was $230. They rarely have the parts needed. I was shocked to see that they allow smoking in the office and throughout the facility. Last I knew in the state of WA this was highly illegal. Zach had the problem spotted almost immediately and repaired it forthwith, even though he had to chase down an unusual part from a co-worker. Explained situation in great detail. Explained that the problem was intermittent and that I did not want to pay someone to come out and say "yep, it's working right now, bye". Explained all the things I'd tried. They promised the fee would cover identifying the problem so it could be repaired. That they would test everything and *identify the actual problem* even if it was currently working when they got there. They sent a tech out who noted it was currently working. Said the things I tried is what he would try so I just need to buy a new fridge. I said ok, thanks. And then he tried to bill me. I explained they promised the actual problem would be identified for the service fee. That relays would be tested, etc, etc. So he said he'd look if I wanted but he was charging me either way. I said yes, if I have to pay for you to come say "buy a new fridge" I want you to actually identify the problem. He looked at the main control board wires, said it looks like it's fine, so maybe it's some hidden wires somewhere. That's it. Then charged me and left. He did nothing to actually identify that as the source of the intermittent issue. Just said it all looks fine, buy a new fridge. But charged me for identifying the actual problem, as promised when I agreed to have someone come out. The invoice says he thinks it's wiring. But he guessed that without even looking at or testing anything. And he didn't actually test that as being the problem. Just guessed because the main control board looks okay. I left it at 2 stars instead of 1 because he seemed friendly enough. But I was expecting to have no charge or a very small charge when he was explaining that he wasn't going to be able to find the problem and I should just get a new one instead of trying to identify and fix the problem with this one. I was appreciative that he was saving me the money on a full diagnostic. Only he wasn't. He just skipped the diagnostic and still charged me. I'm exactly where I was before I came. Exactly as I adamantly insisted I did not want to possibly be the case when I made the appointment. Exactly as they promised on the phone wouldn't be the case. Except now I'm out an extra $100. I may pursue getting this back via my credit card company or small claims. They did not provide the service promised. read more
