We have a column subzero fridge and freezer with integrated panels. Jeffrey's is not cheap; we paid them about $1300, but they have been persistent. Finally, the freezer which has been non functional for 11 months is fixed!!!!! Yay!!!! In fact it's quieter now than it has ever been. If you are patient, and pay them for needed parts and full service their expert technicians will work with you to fix the problem. Throwing away and getting a new subzero is just not an option for us due to cost of new subzero units, production delays and need for new integrated panels matching cabinetry (our subzero fridge/freezer models are just different enough now that wood panels won't fit) read more

Tim, from Jeffries appliance repair came today and fixed our refrigerator. Fixing the problem would be expected. I was totally impressed with the knowledge and professionalism Tim exhibited. Being a small independent company with quality employees puts, in my opinion, far above the big name companies with no personal touch. read more

Our 2 year old freezer stopped working last month, thank you Jeffreys for sending out your knowledgeable technicians. It seems that the control panel had gone bad and we needed a replacement. A new one was ordered and installed. It's been working great since. Their fees are reasonable and service appointments are fairly quick. Though don't be surprised if they have to schedule you out a week or so. Other repair providers told us they had backlogs of a month or more. read more

Called on repair part for oven. Their price was $110 cheaper than big box store and comparable to amazon, but they had it in stock. Also, answered a few key questions--no charge for that. I would definitely go back. read more

Great company! I had a problem with my clothes dryer and called for service. After giving all the information, they informed that this manufacture model had a history of problems and it was probably not worth the cost of repair. Good advice and I did not even have to pay for a service call. I use them for all my routine maintenance now! read more

I like to fix things and have bought parts and gotten free repair advice from Jeffrey's for years. Their prices on parts are comparable to online and their advice is correct and detailed. Over the years, Jeffrey's have saved me thousands of dollars and kept repairable appliances working and out of the landfill. read more

Dave came out in Dec 2024 & troubleshot my Sears Kenmore gas stove. It was taking forever to preheat (45 minutes) & trying to cook our food in a timely manner was ridiculous. The oven after preheating would go from 450F degrees to 150F when baking food, terrible! He found the issue very quickly & had parts ordered (bad bake igniter (lower one) & a cracked gas tube in "2" places where the igniter attaches to was causing my issues). After receiving these parts & the install by Dave on Jan 15, my 23-year-old gas stove is working like a champ once again. This guy really knows his stuff, impressive young man & very quick at fixing my stove. I will definitely use Jeffrey's in the future. I've repaired numerous appliances in the past in my home from this contractor with parts I've purchased, however; the gas stove I could not figure out, lack of knowledge on my part, but I did try :) read more

My dishwasher started to fail. It started to throw codes. They sent a repair lady to come and repair it. She put the new part and left. Couple of hours went by and we noticed inside the dishwasher a huge screw fell inside the dishwasher. So we can't turn the dishwasher on or it will leak through the top end. I called the next day telling them they need to come out and put this back in. They said they can do it in a week! I said it's not my fault. Your repair lady didn't do it right! I need this to be repaired today. I work all next week starting a new job. The lady on the phone was not understanding at all! I will never use them again! read more

I tried having my Refrigerator repaired by two different companies with no success. Jeffrey's was able to analyze the issue and make the repair. Excellent Service I definitely recommend Jeffrey's for your appliance repairs. read more

Jeffrey's sent out a young lady named Fiona to do the repairs on our refrigerator/freezer. Fiona had the replacement parts in her work van and completed the repairs in a timely manner. She was so quiet we almost forgot she was here. Fiona you rock!!! Thank you Jeffrey's Appliance Dave and Barb G. read more

Needed someone that day they scheduled me for 3 days later. Then they tell me it's 100 dollars to look at it whether they did it or not and on top of the quote it's another parts then labor. I found someone to fix it the same day and give me a free quote as long as service was done. I feel like jeffreys is just a rip off. Then when I went to call to cancel their 3 day later appointment I was treated rudely read more

I had Jeffery's Appliance Service come to my house yesterday. It was the worst experience. The tech took apart the front of the stove to test the control board and sensor. It wasn't till he was putting it back together that I noticed he was installing it wrong. When I brought it to his attention he let me know it was correct and that often when you take something apart it will not fit back together as it should. I said let me get my screw driver and I will do it myself. It was at this time that he said he would take it back apart and then he said oh you were right I'm so sorry. He then put the top back correct. As I watched he put the bottom of the panel on, when I saw it again was not fitting correctly so the oven door would shut tight I decided not to say anything and after he left I took it apart and fixed it myself. I would not recommend this company. read more

We can't say enough great things about Jeffrey's appliance. We have a 3 year old LG refrigerator that went out and another appliance place in town told us it wasn't under warranty and would be over $1000 out of pocket. After talking to Jeffrey's it was under warranty, and they were willing to do the work to help us figure this out. Can't say thank you enough! Also, they were able to get out to our house much quicker than others in town as well. Also shout out to Keenen who stayed late to work on our fridge and make sure it was up and running for us. He was very friendly, so nice to our kids who were probably annoying him and took the time to explain a few things to them. Really amazing staff. Thanks so much Jeffrey's!!! read more

Rick did a great job diagnosing and repairing our leaking dishwasher. We have used Jeffrey's Appliance for several years for parts and repairs and they do a super job. read more

Very expensive and extra surprise surcharges and fees. Will not use again and might as well replace an appliance in the future.

Jeffrey's Appliance Service has been my go to for all things appliance related for 16 years. They have been consistent with their professionalism, knowledge, courteous, and reasonable rates. My latest encounter with Jeffrey's was no different. Rick in particular was outstanding with his expertise, transparency, and willingness to go the extra mile. There's a reason Jeffrey's has such high reviews and have been around for so long. The kind of business and work ethic that we just don't see enough of anymore. Highest recommendation! read more

Fast service and very fair! Told me everything I needed to know to make an informed decision.

They were called in by Costco's appliance guarantee and we're only here about five minutes and had my problem solved. Courteous and reliable. I would highly recommend them. read more

Jeffreys offers quick and honest service for appliance repair. We've used them probably 10 times over the last decade or so and they always give us an honest assessment of what repairs are needed. You take your appliance in and within a day or so you'll get a phone call with an estimate. Recently we took my 7 year old washing machine in. I was kind of hoping I'd have to get a new one but it was just a pump that needed to be replaced I agreed with the man that $200 is better than a thousand for a new one. Oh well maybe next time. read more

We needed someone to look at our freezer and refrigerator and everyone was booked out for weeks! Jeffrey's was the only place willing to put us on a cancellation list and they came through for us! Instead of a month with no service, they got us in fairly quickly. Jacob came out and assessed the problem and ordered the parts. They made an appointment for us as soon as parts shipped, not having to wait until they arrived, another mark of good service! Jacob was polite, competent and took great care to explain things and keep the area clean. If we EVER need service again, our first call will be to Jeffrey's! read more

Dave came out to install a part for my oven that was broken. I had asked the previous technician some questions about the second oven that he dismissed and didn't seem to do a complete diagnostic. Dave listened to me, did a more thorough diagnostic and did find additional problems like I had said. Unfortunately, I have to have additional parts ordered, but Dave is not going to charge me for a second service call for the labor. He listened to me, was very communicative and professional. read more

On January 22, 2021 Randy came out to fix my washing machine. What a nice, professional young man he is. As I am older he wore a mask without me asking. We called Jeffrey's with a refrigerator that was not cooling evenly. It was not an emergency and we live in an area that they service twice weekly. They came out in a week which was fine. The tech was Brandon and he knew exactly what was wrong. It was a common he problem. He was able to have the part delivered from Spokane and had it fixed that same afternoon. He did a great job, friendly and explained the problem well. He defrosted all the lines that were frozen, installed software update and new fan. Took about an hour. Bill was $230. We were pleased with the service and price . We live 30?miles from Spokane and did not have to pay a trip fee. Thanks Brandon read more

They rarely have the parts needed. I was shocked to see that they allow smoking in the office and throughout the facility. Last I knew in the state of WA this was highly illegal. Jeffrey's sent out a tech to fix our refrigerator and he arrived a little early; no problem there! Zach had the problem spotted almost immediately and repaired it forthwith, even though he had to chase down an unusual part from a co-worker. He went out of his way to make sure that the problem was fixed and that we were happy and satisfied. Zach is very competent (what else could I expect from former USMC?) I wouldn't hesitate to call again or recommend this company to a friend. Top notch! read more

Is there anything worse than when your clothes dryer just stops working? Is there anything NICER than having Keenen from Jeffrey's Appliance Service come in and resolve that problem? Explained situation in great detail. Explained that the problem was intermittent and that I did not want to pay someone to come out and say "yep, it's working right now, bye". Explained all the things I'd tried. They promised the fee would cover identifying the problem so it could be repaired. That they would test everything and *identify the actual problem* even if it was currently working when they got there. They sent a tech out who noted it was currently working. Said the things I tried is what he would try so I just need to buy a new fridge. I said ok, thanks. And then he tried to bill me. I explained they promised the actual problem would be identified for the service fee. That relays would be tested, etc, etc. So he said he'd look if I wanted but he was charging me either way. I said yes, if I have to pay for you to come say "buy a new fridge" I want you to actually identify the problem. He looked at the main control board wires, said it looks like it's fine, so maybe it's some hidden wires somewhere. That's it. Then charged me and left. He did nothing to actually identify that as the source of the intermittent issue. Just said it all looks fine, buy a new fridge. But charged me for identifying the actual problem, as promised when I agreed to have someone come out. The invoice says he thinks it's wiring. But he guessed that without even looking at or testing anything. And he didn't actually test that as being the problem. Just guessed because the main control board looks okay. I left it at 2 stars instead of 1 because he seemed friendly enough. But I was expecting to have no charge or a very small charge when he was explaining that he wasn't going to be able to find the problem and I should just get a new one instead of trying to identify and fix the problem with this one. I was appreciative that he was saving me the money on a full diagnostic. Only he wasn't. He just skipped the diagnostic and still charged me. I'm exactly where I was before I came. Exactly as I adamantly insisted I did not want to possibly be the case when I made the appointment. Exactly as they promised on the phone wouldn't be the case. Except now I'm out an extra $100. I may pursue getting this back via my credit card company or small claims. They did not provide the service promised. read more
